r/veganWhat to get? Air fryer or instant pot?

Toaster oven/air fryer like the Gourmia. I don’t even use my oven even more. I have baked bread, dehydrated fruit, and made yogurt in addition to using it to roast potato’s and chickpeas. I have an instant pot too that I primarily use to make the chickpeas I then air fry.

Totally. We're at the mercy of whoever is answering the email. Seems like they could change their mind every other day lol.  I was also looking at a gourmia fryer, and the rep told me, ' Toaster Oven Fryers are BPA, PTFE, PFOA, PFAs and LEAD Free.  The interior walls are anodized aluminum,  The baking pan and crumb tray are  aluminum.   The fry basket and oven rack are stainless.  There is no NON STICK coating in this unit.' So maybe that's one you could try. My husband found an old style Convection oven at his mom's house so imma try that first before I spend any additional money.

r/airfryerAnyone have an air fryer that doesn’t look terrible on the counter? We use it 2+ times a day. I hate having things on the counter generally

Double French doors Gourmia stainless steel all digital air fryer oven from Walmart (around $150). I received a compliment on how fancy it was by a guest only 2-3 weeks after I received it as a gift from my son. Cooks beautifully,  I've been impressed. So far I have cooked frozen pizzas, garlic bread (fresh and frozen), toast, bagels, refrigerated rolls, muffins, corn dogs, bacon, sausage patties, ribs, chicken strips and fries, frozen lasagna, breakfast casserole, hash browns and some other frozen foods all were perfect. The rolls look like they would in an ad for perfect rolls the pizza was not soggy nor crispy, very nice texture. The easiest bacon and sausage too, I cooked them in the basket with roasting pan below to catch grease. The oven and the accessories are special coated and the clean up was so easy. Also, it is super fast cooking. Sometimes it seems even quicker than a microwave would cook and so much better.  Anyways I obviously love mine so I highly recommend it

I'm on my second one in 7 years . Can cook more food at one time than most fryers. It's very easy to clean. Its temperature goes up to 400* which is ok for most things.

I bought one when it was on sale for $40 because I had a terrible little 1.5qt capacity one. It's been amazing for everything I've needed it for, mostly frozen foods and a few fresh items here and there.

I bought one after checking out the toaster oven style at Costco. It’s great, pretty basic, but easy to clean and use. I’m amazed at how quickly it can roast potatoes anything i put in it. I found mine for $40 and I’m very happy with it

Got one have literally saved thousands on takeout over the years. It’s like a microwave that’s really an oven - perfect for reheating leftovers and frozen food. I don’t do much actual cooking in it though.

Been using it for over a year. We love it! It replaced the French door style air fryer and it does a great job. We use the Reynolds’ parchment paper to help with clean up. Bought it during holiday sales $39.99. Wish I had bought two for future replacement.

I forgot what exactly I didn’t like about it, but I returned it and ended up getting a Bella Pro series (9 qt) which I like a lot. I think I paid $60 for it at the time It’s the one [here](https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sku/6461452.p?skuId=6461452&sb_share_source=PDP) One thing I like about it over the Gourmia is you can cook things on each side at different temperatures
