GreenPan - Bistro XXL Dual Zone Airfryer

I have a GreenPan Air fryer. I love it. I can also make bread, muffins, cookies, and other stuff in it. It also can proof bread, dehydrate and toast.

I have a Green Pan air fryer. It looks like a toaster oven and I sometimes use it exactly like an oven. I have made bread and muffins in my air fryer using the ‘Bake’ setting. It won’t cook delicate items like angelfood cake or soufflé because of the fan that moves the air around the oven, but it does a lot. There are a lot of good toaster oven style air fryers to choose from.

Have used for 2 months and found a BIG problem. I put a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish 3/4 full of food onto rack as I have done for years with my old toaster oven. The rack bowed under the weight enough that the sides slipped out of the wall grooves and the entire thing collapsed down onto the bottom heating elements. That is NOT acceptable and means one can only bake light weight items. Very disappointed. After this experience I wouldn't consider their higher end models, either.
