r/airfryerLooking at the pampered chef air fryer, is the double deck amazing or does it kill the crisp?

I had that model, too. It was great while it worked (stopped heating after seven months). I rarely cooked on more than one layer at a time, but it was terrific being able to position food as I wanted in relation to the fan and heating element. I think all I would need to do to have mine work again is replace that heating element. Does PC sell replacements? If so, it would be worthwhile to grab a few spares.

I didn’t. I thought I would have it replaced by now with another one, but I don’t yet. I hate to throw it away, because it really does seem like it could just be a heating element. The lights and fan worked the last time I tried it.

Have a Pampered Chef and a Ninja dual , the ninja is useful for cooking two different things but the Pampered Chef just outperforms the ninja in every way! We use it 3-4 times a week and have had it for 5-6 years.

I think that it depends on if you are a baker. Baking in an air fryer is ok but not great. The space is smaller and therefore you are limited in size of your item and items like cookies or muffins will require quite a few batches. I love my air fryer (Pampered Chef), it has changed the way I cook for the better.

r/airfryerI’ve wanted an air fryer for awhile. Currently at Walmart in the air fryer aisle. Am I in the right store?

The best air fryer I have ever owned is the Pampered Chef. It has shelves and a rotisserie and rotisserie basket. It easy to clean and does everything including dehydrating. I will never buy a hard to clean “basket” style one again!
