After doing tons of research, we went with the [Chicco Corso LE Modular Travel System](https://www.chiccousa.com/shop-our-products/travel-systems/corso-le-modular-travel-system---veranda/08079563220070.html?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADrsxxYL1b0YtE6nHncfuLiS_yWUK&gclid=Cj0KCQjwqv2_BhC0ARIsAFb5Ac8F9XR5QKJh2taLiwSRUd1Re_sXPpJ1nZ8sGhyV6WSkl5_VAeoYd2saArvOEALw_wcB) that comes with the keyfit35 car seat. We live in the city and go for walks regularly in the park and it's been great with all sorts of terrain. I like that it also comes with the stroller insert for when she's a toddler so it will grow with her.
I got the Chicco Corso LE Modular Travel System and love it. We live near a park in the city and have been doing lots of walks, it's been great on uneven pavement. Plus it comes with the keyfit 35 car seat which has a really high safety rating.
Same! We have the Chicco Corso LE Modular Travel System and love it. We go on daily walks in the park and it's been great on uneven terrain. I also like that it came with the keyfit35 car seat since that's the one we would've purchased anyways.
I have the Chico keyfit 35 travel set (meaning in got the carseat and stroller together). The seat base is SO EASY to move from one vehicle to another if you can't afford 2 bases off the bat. The stroller is also an easy pop open, and then pull a lever to close, but my biggest complaint is the weight. There's no way I could have carried baby and carseat or gotten the stroller out of my SUV's back end without my husband's help for my 6 week pp appointment.
Seconded. I highly recommend a “travel system” as well. Being able to go from car to stroller without waking the baby is invaluable. We have the Chicco Bravo Keyfit 35 set and have loved it for nearly 4 years. The tall 3 year old can still use the seat when the baby’s bucket seat isn’t installed. Same with other brands, too, I’m sure. Side note, I just found a double stroller that works with our bucket seat at a garage sale, and it’s great too. The toddler can sit on the “bench” seat facing me while the bucket seat is installed behind her. She loves riding with baby brother :)
I got the Chicco Corso Keyfit 35 travel system. It was great. We are still using the stroller sometimes. He's 4 now, so we've upgraded the car seat to Chicco NextFit and Kid Fit booster.
I love the Chicco Corso LE!
Until I had 2 kids and upgraded to a side-by-side double stroller, I never felt like I needed anything other than my Chicco Corso LE, and I chose it over the UB V2. It might be worth looking into to see if it meets your criteria.
I have never flown with it, but I have done plenty of road trips with it.
100% agree with this! I love the Corso!
I tested a lot of the higher end ones and still ended up going with the Chicco Corso LE system. It out performed the Vista and Nunas in my opinion at half the price. The only downside is it’s not really for a multi kid family, which was fine by me
Little girl is coming in about a week and a half. We went with the Chicco Corso LE and love it. We’ll see once there’s a little babe to push around… 🤪
We were able to test it at a Kohl’s with a Babies R Us inside. There’s 200+ if you’re in the states. Worth looking into.
Chicco LE has lay flat infant insert which is suitable from birth. It replaced the bassinet/pramette that other strollers have. Chicco has the best infant carset ratings and their LE corso has advanced suspension with excellent ratings … and a 1 hand fold 🙌🏼. We went with it and couldn’t be happier with safety, performance, and price.
About $800 in the US. Went for the Chicco corso primo LE stroller and Keyfit Max car seat

I did not use our infant car seat on our stroller at all. We had a lay flat stroller (chicco corso), but a bassinet stroller will have the same effect - it's slightly less convenient than a car seat, but way more comfortable and advisable for baby.
Also love the corso, it is very well made, great stability and handling. It doesn't have all the fancy extras, but I personally couldn't justify spending twice as much for all that.
I didn't end up getting the mockingbird (I was putting my registry together the month the recall happened), but looked into it extensively. Here are 2 considerations for what I didn't choose it: - Wheels are less "all terrain" than other strollers. I ended up with the Chicco Corso, which had excellent traction and large wheels. Since I live in a place with a ton of snow and uneven sidewalks, this was important. The wheels are one of the big differences between the Mockingbird and Vista that I've noticed. That said, the wheels are comparable to most strollers, so this might not be an issue for you. - Single to double strollers are best for 2 kids close in age. The toddler seat on any of these types of strollers gets cramped for toddlers over 3 years old. I knew I wanted a 3 year age gap, so ultimately decided against the mockingbird or vista. That all said, there are definite pros to the Mockingbird. The bassinet and seat can be put on the higher setting, which is helpful for using stroller at the table or for getting baby higher to see things. There are a lot of accessories, which I don't get with my chicco. And if you have baby #2, even with a cramped seat the option to have a bassinet and toddler seat together is clutch for the first 6 months. So really nothing wrong with keeping the mockingbird, just personal choice!
We just got the Chicco Corso and a wagon. Our kids are 3 years apart. My plan is to babywear the newborn until he is old enough for the wagon.
Love my chicco corso LE stroller and key fit 35 car seat combo. Looks very nice, collapses great, and the car seat is one of the most highly rated seats year after year.
