We were in the same boat and could not make up our minds so we started with the one city/every day stroller with the potential of getting others in the future when needed. We did end up with more, way too many lol. Luckily we saved some money by following sales, using gift cards, marketplace, and Rebelstork (FromRebel ?) Unfortunately that one stroller ([Thule Spring](https://www.thule.com/en-ca/strollers/compact-strollers/thule-spring-_-11300103)) was outgrown too fast and it is no longer being used since around 18 months. We never considered that our baby would be 98 percentile at every stage when we first bough it. About 4 months after birth, we got a Thule bike trailer ([Thule Chariot](https://www.thule.com/en-ca/bike-trailers/bike-trailers-for-kids/thule-chariot-cross-2-double-_-10201035)) that was used for running, trail and winter walks, and cycling. It's still being used for runs and bike rides. Around 10 months, we bought a travel carry-on stroller ([Babyzen/Stokke Yoyo2](https://fromrebel.ca/products/yoyo-stroller-black-4314cf)) since we were traveling more. That stroller ended up being our main car stroller unless we were going to do an outdoor activity, and it's still going strong and well used for our giant toddler. Just wish the storage under was better... We also ended up got a stroller wagon ([Evenflo Pivot Explore](https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/evenflo-pivot-xplore-all-terrain-stroller-wagon-1461131p.html)) after we couldn't go out for a walk without it turning into a giant meltdown; hated the stroller and straps. That one turned into upgrading to a bigger one ([Larktale Caravan Quad](https://larktale.ca/products/2024-caravan-v3)) since toddler just want to ride it like a captain on their ship. We've been using it like crazy and it's worked great in both summer and winter.
Wagon stroller, but depends on which one. If I could go back, I’d get Evenflo Pivot Xplore Dreamz All-Terrain Stroller Wagon with Bassinet Insert. We love the Evenflo we have (non dreamz version.) yeah it kinda sucks to load myself when my husband isn’t there, and we couldn’t take it to Disneyland, but still worth it. Our family van is a sienna with the 3rd row seats removed, so we put the wagon in the van without folding it.
Evenflo Xplore! I have 3u4 including 2u2. I can fit all three kids in the stroller by buying an infant insert that is installed on top of the wagon portion. It’s very compact, easily fits in my trunk, can be taken on runs/long walks. I’ve done two stroller 5k with it—one with two toddlers and another with two toddlers and a baby. It’s also all terrain so I’ve been able to comfortably roll it around on unpaved trails while also wheeling it around the pediatrician’s office and exam rooms comfortably.
I have 3 if you count a wagon! I have the vista v2, Thule urban glide and evenflo explore pivot wagon. Use the vista the most because it’s left in my car. Wagon is used a lot though. Thule not as much, but I do like it as a jogging stroller.
We have the Pivot Xplore all-terrain. Can’t recommend it enough, awesome. Our 2 boys have out grown it, but its one of the best purchases we’ve made for travel
Yeah I agree with this take. I used some credit card points to buy an evenflo pivot xplore and it’s definitely a ‘nice to have,’ rather than a must have. My kids are 1 and 3. The 1 year old doesn’t walk yet, so she sits in it and looks around while we ride. She hates being in the stroller but she likes the wagon for some reason. Her sister hops in and out but is usually a walker. We use it to make quick mid week trips to the grocery store or go to the park or the mall. I’m going to try and bring it on our vacation to the beach this summer, and to all the country fairs. But for now it’s definitely a luxury purchase and I wouldn’t have bought at full price.
I second a wagon, BUT some are new baby adaptable! I have an Evenflo Pivot Explore wagon. You can adapt it for an Evenflo infant carrier seat, or purchase an additional seat, or when baby is capable they can sit in the wagon. It can fit up to two little ones, has a snack tray and cup holders in between. It is easy to maneuver and doesn't feel bulky or hard to move around. I have taken it to the beach, farm, etc. It can be used in wagon (pull) or stroller (push) mode. Has adjustable sun shades for any angle With just one kid in it, you have some room for gear/supplies too
I have an Evenflo Pivot Explore
We recently used the baby trend on vacation and loved it too - very easy to steer, sturdy, and large capacity. Only issue I see is no foot well so maybe not as ideal for older toddlers or kids. We also have the Evenflo pivot explore which is also very nice and easy to steer. The capacity does seem smaller relative to the baby trend, but it seems a bit better for actually carrying two kids around.
We recently got an Evenflow pivot explore and it’s pretty darn awesome. Super easy to assemble and push or pull. Fits our two kids (ages 1 and 5) and has a little storage basket. I’m impressed with the quality for the price, as it’s not cheap but way cheaper than wonderfold and veer.
I was going to say the same thing. They both can be used for different things so I highly recommend having both. Lol Edit to add: we got the Zoe side by side stroller and I absolutely love it As for the wagon we have the Evenflo pivot xplore and it works great for us. Easy to push/maneuver and usually goes on sale a lot
One at home, one for the car. I have a detached garage and it’s too hard to log them back-and-forth. now that I have a newborn and a toddler, we got the terrain pivot wagon, and the city select double stroller too, which took so much research to choose. And then we still have the two single strollers. I have some repetitive stress injuries in my wrists, so lifting and pushing has to be done carefully to minimize further damage.
