We have a graco modes adventure wagon ($209-400) with the carseat adapter ($60) and carseat. We got it for our now 3 month old and almost 3 year old. Pros: light enough, spacious enough, compatible with the newborn carseat and our toddler to still sit in it, great for big outings like the zoo or walks to the park, collapses well and fits in our car and hall closet, suspension springs make it a breeze to "drive" even in weird terrain. Cons: collapse can be a little tricky to keep standing, could be bigger, adjustable handle has weird mechanism for locking/unlocking to pull mode (or to collapse), needs a few additional components for storage, may prefer bigger unit for more spacious travel. Ultimately the biggest con is that our toddler just prefers to walk/run like 90% of the time, so we just use it to push a newborn. Having said that, it's a godsend WHEN he decides hes done walking and we're out at a big thing that we'd like to stay at for a while longer. Another pro is during the times hes walking we can still chuck the baby bags, cooler bags, purse, etc. on his side.

Wagon. Double/triple strollers are so hard to push and maneuver. We have a Graco Modes Adventure wagon and love it. When my youngest was in the bucket seat we got the attachment so baby and middle child could ride. Oldest kids can walk. If you’re going to be walking miles (like Disney as someone else mentioned) then I would get two double umbrella strollers. You push one and spouse pushes the other.

r/BabyBumpsStroller for old, uneven, brick sidewalks that also plays nicely with car seat?

If you are okay with it not being super compact (it folds the same size as a double stroller).. the Graco Stroller is amazing. We use it constantly instead of a stroller (we only own a travel/umbrella stroller if needed). Great on uneven sidewalks and even snow. The handle clicks into three places if you want it a bit smaller inside stores. My only complaint is no drink attachment for the adult. You can get an attachment for a graco car seat and it’s perfect for grocery bags + diaper bags, etc. Great for two kids at least - I’ve used it at the zoo with a couple toddlers, a 5 year old and a new born. https://www.gracobaby.com/shop/strollers/stroller-wagon/
