We don’t jog but we have the Thule urban glide 4 and it’s great for a lot of terrain and my 6’5 husband loves it. We also tested uppababy vista which would have worked too
I have the Thule Urban Glide 4 wheel with the CLEK Liing (and Honda CRV), and though the stroller is big, honestly I’ve easily gotten used to loading and unloading it, taking it into stores, no problem. I’ll sometimes do 3-4 stops in an outing putting the stroller and car seat combo together each time, and it’s not zero effort but also isn’t too onerous. I’ve been happy with the combo but have nothing to compare it to. I for sure wouldn’t take it for long distance/airplane travel though.
Came here to say this - bought it for running but love it for being able to take offroading.
Marketplace is flooded with these, I think because folks buy them with good intentions and then don't end up using them as often as they like. We have the Thule urban glide as our only stroller. Have not used it for jogging yet as baby is only 4 months but it handles great, has excellent suspension, and works awesome "off road". We paid $300 on marketplace but it came with a few accessories and I've definitely seen them cheaper!
I only have the Thule urban glide. We live in downtown Vancouver. It's too big to bring into stores and we haven't attempted traveling with it yet so may end up with a travel stroller at some point. Anywhere I can't bring it at this point I just babywear.
Od njegovega sodelavca sva kupila thule urban glide, ki sta ga pred tem imela za dva otroka. Prioriteta je bla da se da laufat z njim.
Thule urban glide system 😍😍
I have 3 if you count a wagon! I have the vista v2, Thule urban glide and evenflo explore pivot wagon. Use the vista the most because it’s left in my car. Wagon is used a lot though. Thule not as much, but I do like it as a jogging stroller.
Definitely depends which one you get and your lifestyle. I’ve spent $$ on the Joolz Aer & Thule urban glide single/double. Both absolutely worth it - the Joolz is so light, incredibly maneuverable, and we can carry it right on the plane. Thules are also elite for all terrain. The push is excellent. For baby #1 we had a cheaper Graco stroller…the quality just doesn’t even compare to the other 2. The other nice thing about pricier strollers is they you can often resell and make some money back. FB marketplace has so many great ones! Even the fancy brand names. Now, as much as I lusted over the bugaboo donkey, I do NOT think you need to pay that much for a quality stroller by any means.
I’m in the Netherlands, we had snow last week and I was sooooo happy i’d just bought a Thule urban glide. I’m currently selling our donkey, it did it’s job but it’s just too many parts and pieces for us.
I have a plethora of strollers, and I can honestly say yes, there is a difference in maneuverability and smooth ride, durability when you pay more for a stroller. However, there are also a lot of different TYPES of strollers, and depending on where you live, what kind of terrain you plan to take your stroller on, you may not need something expensive. Or, if price is an issue, look for something lightly used. For example, I have an uppababy vista v2 and it’s very sturdy and handles great. That stroller costs about $1,200 new. I also eventually bought a Thule urban glide for around $600, and that stroller handles just as well in my opinion. There are definitely differences between them, but I don’t think there is a “unicorn” stroller out there that does it all. You have to pick and choose what you care about most.
Stroller. Did so much research to find one that would fit our lifestyle the best. Got the Thule Urban Glide. Turns out baby hates to be so reclined in that stroller even in its most upright position and prefers his tiny travel stroller where he can sit upright
