r/cork • Dash cam and reversing camera ->70mai. Midrange will do. A500s. I have been using for years. Recently add another one to my new car. Get the model with rear camera included. Rear camera is a must. Forget hardwire...will suck your car battery dry. Unless you park outside and live in Klang, it is not needed.
r/kereta • Dashcam recommendation? ->A500 is good enough. All the extra function above A500 is a waste and no use. Android Player: Vecaro ( i am using). Other popular brands, Mohawk, Dynavin, Stinger. Honestly, 360 camera is a waste of money for Myvi. Just install a good rear camera with minimum 1080p will do.

r/kereta • Best dashcam? ->Kung 70mai A500S yan, I think mas magandang alisin mo sa mount pag magtatagal ka na nakapark sa init, sa pagkakaalam ko, hindi pa Super capacitor yan, meron syang Lithium battery, di tulad ng super capacitor, it can withstand extreme heat and lower temps na kahit ibilad or mabilad sa init, hindi magkakaproblema in the long run. If hindi hassle alisin yung dashcam temporary slapra sayo, mas mainam na alisin mo muna siya parati.

Take note that when I'm at work, my car is parked under the sun. You also you got the back camera as well. (A bit of challenging to install though) If you want to have the 24hrs monitor, get the hardwire kit but it gets technical. I'm only using the normal USB.

r/DubaiPetrolHeads • Looking for a Dashcam for UAE weather ->I’m quite a fan of 70mai cameras, cheap and good quality. Bought both mine off AliExpress and they’ve been great. I’ve got an a500s and an a510, the 510 is much newer, but not sure if that’s the current model or not. $113 delivered was what I paid for that one in 2024 and $133 for the older one back in 2022. They just connect in with an included 12v (cigarette lighter) adapter, they don’t have batteries (so only run when the car is on), but you can have them wired directly to your car battery if you know what you’re doing or can find someone to do it.

r/CarsPH • Hello. Ask ko lang po anong magandang brand ng dash cam? Wala po kasi akong idea ->im a satisfied user of 70mai a500s for 3+ years already. Dashcam all still good. Battery still okay as well. Sidenote: my parking is shaded though. But even if the battery kaput can easily replace it with new ones, lots of tutorials out there.
