My favorite app to use is Qubo, it’s very user friendly and it’s a breeze to set up and get it running. My favorite image quality is Vantrue, it’s pristine and read things super clear, day and night. My best VFM has to be 70mai tho because the Vantrue is nice but pricey and 70mai does 90% of the stuff for a fraction of the cost. Hope this helps ☺️ Edit: I would also suggest getting front and back. It’s more peace of mind. You’ll have more evidence and more angles covered.
Bleach-Please-2 1.0I got the 70mai Dash Cam A800S from Blade Megamall. It's a free installation and took about 40 minutes to get installed. I think it's a pretty solid dashcam. Paid around 9K pesos for both front and rear cams. The front records in 4K while the rear's at 1080P.
bradleycjw 1.0A little out of your price range but 70mai A810 is really good. I have it on most of my cars. I have a couple of A800s, which are pretty good (and closer to your budget) and a BlackVue 900s and 900x. BlackVue cameras are good quality but the app is so bad. I’m considering replacing both my BlackVue with the upcoming 70mai T800 camera (they are having a Kickstarter now - launches in August 2025)
edgarsamuelestrada 1.0I currently have the Xiaomi 70Mai A800s 4K in front and 1080p in the back, I have had it for about a year and everything is excellent. I previously had the version that follows the A810 but the rear camera cable failed and I ended up returning it. The difference between the A800s and the A810 is the sensor, the first comes with Starvis 1 and the second with the most recent Starvis 2. Zero problems with the app, very good quality at night.
