"If you can spend money get a Viofo and enjoy high quality videos ... So practically I have 8mp IMX678 sensor on front camera and 5mp IMX675 sensor on back camera which is all other brands put on front cameras (Rove, Xiaomi etc.) even it is Starvis 2 new sensor it ’s still a 5mp. So back camera performance on Viofo is similar to top brands new dashcams front camera ... Top of the line sensor with 8mp and Stravis IMX 678 sensor - image quality is perfect. ... because I want not just dash cam for the sake of having dash cam, but also best image quality therefore I spend more. ... Imnotstupid95 0.6using 70mai pro for more than a few years, no such issue also, parked car under hot sun without windows opened. actually why need camera with ADAS? Not annoying with the thing always beeping? It cannot detect that you're using signal, everytime change lane will beep no?
thatguy11m 0.6I've always considered DDPAI but recently I think I'd lean more to 70Mai even if there older models are not using supercapacitors yet because the video quality at night is noticeably better. I think their lenses are generally better too, with the latest Z60 Pro that goes for ₱12,000 without discounts recently adopting it too, but 70Mai's software still pulls ahead for night time quality.
mubeen_94 0.1Get a 70mai dual channel dashcam that fits your budgets (preferably with a Sony Starvis 2 sensor) with hardwire kit. Just make sure that the hardwire kit is for the OBD2 port and not the fuses because hardwiring to fusebox may void warranty in case of a lot of car brands, but that’s not the case with a connection to the OBD2 port

It has been more than a year and it's working perfect with no issues. I did not hardwire it so it only works if the car is switched on. The dash cams with built in batteries don't last long in UAE summers.
