Cobra - SC 250R

Cobra SC 250R. Only one that I've encountered that has a minimal appearance and blends Eyesight cameras. My setup is powered using the OBD port, picked up the Cobra OBD port cable since using anything else was causing trouble with it running at all hours. Not sure what's in the port but it does the trick to regulate between up time and downtime and engaging the standby mode. I positioned it just to the left of the rear view mirror on the driver side. Display only stays on for one muybefore going off.

You should look in to hardwiring a dashcam in any case to take advantage of the parking mode. The hardwiring will hide the cables too. I have a cobra sc250 dashcam hardwired in. Yes, I have a front and rear dashcam that is powered with a 12v cigarette adapter. The internal SD card typically lasts a month before overwriting itself. It takes 4K video with sound in 15 minute clips. There is a phone app to access the video through bluetooth. You can also use a USB-C cable to USB-A cable to download video to a computer. Its IOS/Android/MacOS/Windows compatible. I forgot the exact model but its a Cobra 4K front/rear dashcam. It was around $200 at Bestbuy.
