"It was the easiest thing. Just used a spoon to lift up some interior trim and the included sticky pads. YouTube it, Viofo also has some videos but others have made vehicle specific videos."

I also have a Viofo. They are great. I think that is the same model I have currently in my car.

So, I'll ask you guys/gals: if you have a dashcam, what are you using and are you happy with it? TIA! ->I have the Viofo A119 V1. It’s a little old now (with V3 being the latest) but it’s been rock solid for the past 7 years. For the price and its features (at the time), there is not much to complain about.

So, I'll ask you guys/gals: if you have a dashcam, what are you using and are you happy with it? TIA! ->You should spend more than $20 but you don’t need to spend hundreds. Just over $100 will get you a baseline Viofo, which are excellent cams. I wouldn’t go any less than that.
r/Dashcam • Thinking about getting a cheap dash cam, does price really matter? ->I’ve had the VIOFO Dash Cam A119 (front and back) since 2021 and has survived the heat so far. I don’t like the software phone app but it works without it. Not the best sharp image but it does get the basic details you need. I like Front and back combo for the price.

r/subaru • Dash cam people please let me know what your using and why? ->For install, look up a video on how to install one and it tells you which fuse to tap. You’ll have to drill a hole on the silver frame of the dashboard to get a ground but overall it’s not hard to install. I recommend Vioflo or Nextbase.
r/Silverado • Dashcam ->I suggest to get any Viofo besides the A229 (audio quality can turn loud at certain times), Either go with the A119 or A129, best models or either a Garmin or Thinkware, you can find some of them for under $200 or $100 and they're very easy to install!
r/rav4club • Is the integrated dashcam worth it? ->i really really like the viofo. i bought the a119 on sale on amazon 2 years ago and it's been recording consistently ever since because it is motion/bump activated when i'm not driving. i hardwired it into my car. cannot recommend it enough.
