"It was the easiest thing. Just used a spoon to lift up some interior trim and the included sticky pads. YouTube it, Viofo also has some videos but others have made vehicle specific videos."
"Ifs easy to install and powered from cig lighter via usb plug. ... I just tucked the wire around the headliner trim down the pillar under dash etc. ... If you can install a ez pass scanner on your windshield you can do this lol."

Any dashcam from Viofo. Choose the model that fit your needs. I use A129 Pro at the front, powered by OBD port, so it gets power 24/7 for parking mode. Warn you this may stress the 12V battery. For the back I have a A119 V3 (from my old car) connected to the cigarette port. So no parking mode as the port cuts power when the car is locked. Not the most discreet dashcams but very good build quality and video quality for the price. Not just my own words. VIOFO A119 v3. Get a good microsd card and the wire kit and your done.
I have a VIOFO a119 v3 with a super capacitor that has lasted three years in Phoenix
It was the a119v3 and it is still in use by a guy I gave it to. And the video quality looks better to me than the much newer Rove I'm using now.
No more than $100 is going to be hard. Bump it up to $150 and you'll have good options. I've been using the VIOFO A119 V3 for almost three years and it's been a solid purchase. It's around $110 but you need to buy an SD card for maybe $20 to $30 dollars. Optional add ons are a polarizer lens to reduce flare and an installation kit if you want to power it with your fuse box instead of with your USB port. Some videos I took with it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOf2zGbXrrY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLXfS6yZLco https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwFO2hcxYEo
[Linus did a pretty good video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4AnyhHl3_tE&t=783s) on this. I ended up buying a Viofo A119 V3 based on the info in it.
6 years and 4 years in Arizona heat for my A119 V3 and A129 Pro Duo, respectively. Still going strong. OP, [this post convinced me to get a VanTrue S1 Pro](https://www.reddit.com/r/dashcams/comments/1luh6dy/vantrue_s1_pro_max_is_the_probably_the_nicest_cam/), which is a dual 4k system. Only had it for about 4 months but I will say the app is way better than any other dashcam I’ve used.
If you just want a good front dashcam, the Viofo A119 v3 will fit the bill. I put the A329 in because I wanted the better image quality and rear camera. Was worth the extra shekels. Buy once, cry once, if you can budget a bit more. Whatever you get, make sure you get a high or max endurance microSD card.
Viofio A119 V3, going on 3 years with the same camera/256GB Samsung High Endurance Micro SD card I bought it with. That's means being stuck to my windshield through over 8 Midwestern US seasons driving 30k per year. Only issues are occasionally needing to switch back to the proper date and turning off the overly sensitive "crash sensor" that flips out when going over small bumps.
Raise the budget to 130 and get a VIOFO a119v3. Getting the clear license plate is the key and Viofo is pretty good to capture the night vision.
I have the A119 V3 and I've had so many problems with it. The GPS unit that mounts to the window has a shoddy terminal connection so it drops out constantly - this also means I have to replug the cable whenever I take the dashcam down. The parking mode files corrupt randomly and I'm using an expensive SanDisk SD card and checked against multiple cards. I wish someone had warned me that Viofo isn't all that polished a brand. The video is crisper than other dash cams but so many other problems...
