Triboot 0.0If simplicity and well executed function matter most, the brazen is the best over all of the pump based brewers. The water tank is the boiler and sits directly above the filter basket. My sage/breville and moccamaster could never produce cups as bright as the brazen.

I’ve had the Sage Breville for a few years and it’s great, you can set the water temperature, flow speed, immersion time and even pre-set it to start at a given hour. Only downside is the thermal coffee pot. To really preserve heat it needs to be pre-heated with hot or boiling water which is nuisance. Otherwise, if you’re making smaller amounts and they flow into the cold pot a lot of the heat goes to heating up the pot and the coffee cools down quite fast.
