"I downgraded from the meet 2 to se since I was only using 1080p and am happy with my choice! ... If you’re planning on just doing 1080p I’d save the cash and go meet se."

"JLab go sport + FTW. ... I have the same sweaty ear issue and the beats fall out of my head. ... The jlab are cheap and even they stay in. (Because they hook over your ear)"

"really nice flight times with 450 to 550 1s batteries that are cheap"

"I use the both that came with the meteor and additionally lava 550mAh batteries and I have 3-5 minutes with each. Depending on what you are doing. 5min fusing to 3min „sending“ it."

"With the Meteor75, you can learn and repair it easily!"

"I did have the fan motor stop working in the i5, but i was able to fix that by taking it apart and reassemeling, IIRC a contact had worked loose somehow. ... The roombas specifically seem to be resonably reparable, wheels, motor assemblies and so on can be replaced if they break and there seems to be guides on youtube for everything."

"it's analog. you beat the hell out of it and it repairs/replacements doesnt cost too much"

"getting stressed out about the whole process of plugging in, lifting, storing the giant Kirby and not vacuuming at all in the end."

"almost impossible to maneuver when with the second seat"

"It’s big too so if you’re a person that wants to stroll around in the house because it’s the only way the baby wants to sleep, it’s hard to maneuver. ... I have accidentally hit my doorframe a few times. ... I’m saying it doesn’t do turns well. Like getting around cars, doors etc. if you’re not going and staying in only wide areas, I wouldn’t get it. ... I end up having to back up a lot and attempting it again when turning to get the stroller out of my house when taking my kid on a walk. I’d say it’s easier to turn a shopping cart than it."

"Its way to heavy for what it is, it shouldnt be a struggle at all to do a powerloop outside. ... i can do them with a 75 in a smaller empty bedroom like half a garage. Outside is easy you can go allot higher, the motors are slow 22kv is what air75 comes with and i like 25kv and its heavy my 2s 85s only weight 42 grams with double the voltage."

I got the Meteor75 pro o4 for 175€ and n3 goggles for 202€. The penetration is amazing indoors with the o4 and (at least for bigger houses) the 75 size is fine. I currently fly mainly indoors because northern Germany (especially in the fall and winter) has lots of wind which makes it not a great experience flying outdoors. AliExpress with the codes was the cheapest option for most of my gear.

I started this hobby in June now I have 6. But I checked all the boxes. 2x dji Fpv, a pavo 20 pro 04, meteor 75 pro 04, a 5" jb kit and a tinyhawk 2 freestyle. Integra goggles and Aomway commander v1 analog goggles.and a bunch of batteries. They grow like weeds, that feed on money. 😆 🤣 😂

This. Betafpv already has an 04 unit Meteor75 Pro. The original 75 pro was one of the most highly recommended whoop I've seen too.

Going digital is a good idea, but the neo is very underpowered, even for a beginner. I would say a Radio master Pocket (ELRS) and Meteor75 pro 04 is not just cheaper but also way more fun. If the neo crashes and breaks, you have to replace it. With the Meteor75, you can learn and repair it easily!

Well, the Fenton uses 2s Lipos delivering more power compared to the Meteor75 (pro). That means it isn't really for indoor flight but will fly well outdoors when there isn't too much wind. The Meteor75 can also fly outside, but won't rip as hard

I’ve got the Meteor75 Pro O4 and it’s super fun. Good power and easy to fly. I’m not a super experienced IRL pilot because my other quad was broken for a couple months, but I’ve flown nearly 100 hours in sims.

I already own it and the Neo 1 as well, and aiming to buy Neo 2 when it is available in Europe. They cannot be compared. If you only want to fly FPV mode then it’s fine to buy Meteor 75 over Neo but if, like me, you do hike, run, or any outdoor activity the Neo gives you much more freedom to record yourself and your mates without the hassle of taking extra gear. It took my Neo 1 up to nearly 3,000meter high and it worked fine so different categories and goals for those drones

you can use the dji fpv controller 3 with the o4 air units! if you want to get something dedicated for elrs, the radiomaster pocket is an outstanding choice. in terms of drone/battery, the meteor75 o4 or the mobula7 o4 seem suitable for your purposes. you'll need 1s and 2s batteries respectively

i would go with meteor cause it's 20g lighter than the pavo. it's also bigger (80mm wheelbase) surprisingly. alternatively, you can run 2s with the mobula7, so there's some extra power in that..

Ditto. Meteor75 Pro O4 is great. Just got finished ripping mine around in front of my house with my Radiomaster Pocket and Goggles N3. Highly recommend that setup.

Femto will be more capable outdoors since it's more powerful. It will also keep the props out of view even with a low camera angle. It will be a lot harder to fly indoors though if that's something you're interested in, and batteries are more expensive. Personally, if I had to start over from scratch, I'd get the exact kit you outlined in your post (DJI N3, Meteor75 Pro 04, and RM Pocket). Then after flying that for awhile I'd buy another, larger drone specifically for outdoors.
