That will just come down to personal preference. I cant ride anything after using proper dual stems so my decision will be 100% biased. So gspace mars 11 gtr lol
r/ElectricScooters • what is the best scooter? ->Mine is the gspace “GTR” version specifically. There is also a company called Teewing that also sells the same model but they rebranded it. Its called the Teewing mars XTR. Same exact scooter but you may find a better deal at times with either. Absolutely love the scooter so far. The ride quality is next level. Just got it and snow has hit so she’s sleeping for now. Only managed 30km on it so far. It is pretty pricey but at the same time the better deal for others in its class. I’m not including budget china scooters because you can get the same or more power for much cheaper, but i am not taking the extra risk with any of those.
r/ElectricScooters • what is the best scooter? ->Well I am coming from a kaabo wolf gt pro, my first scooter was an apollo phantom which was a single stem scooter. After upgrading to the kaabo and dual stem I knew I couldnt go back to a single stem scooter unless it was a smaller second scooter just for fun. Anyway after my kaabo was sitting broken for almost a year and frustrating me I decided to roll up my sleeves to fix it then sell it (for sale now) and buy something "better". While looking there are not too many options for a true dual stem and in all honesty I was passing on the GTR simply because i thought the front end light look hideous and also the front plate, so in general I just thought it was ugly and didnt give it a second thought. Once others kept bringing it up is when I looked deep into it. Key points that made me buy it: Suspension : nothing like it on the market, if you are 350lbs you could ride this thing no problem. They use BMW's telelever design and it works amazing. I dont think you will find a more road stable scooter on the market right now Power: 72V 45ah battery, more than enough for 50km (back and forth) daily work commute. Hit 80km/hr and didnt even notice I was going that fast. Support: all my emails were answered quickly before I purchased. Frame: the frame feels like it would win in a head on crash with a honda civic lol but this sucker is heavy!! I have had the pleasure of hauling it to my basement a couple time already lol. However the beauty when riding it, is that it feels so light and nimble while being so sturdy and planted to the road when you want to go fast or take turns. Fire extinguisher built in the deck : At first I was a little scared of them putting this in ( i mean why tf you need one what are you trying to tell me here lol), but I realized this is a high performance hyper scooter and many high performance racing vehicles have this tech also for an emergency. Let face it, anything can happen even to the best of products, but after thinking it through I am happy they have this. Nice hybrid tires and also I got a black friday deal where they are sending me upgraded 4 piston brakes, I think after this most new orders will start coming with them installed. NFC and light app control : just cool little features I like but arent anything groundbreaking. Tons of color and light options you can even sync to music. Things I dont like: Ugly ass font end (which I will personalize myself and make look better over time. No independent power control for front and rear motor. When setting how much power to the motors you can only do for both not individual (not a deal breaker and maybe an software update can fix that) Curious what are your other options? Who knows they may be a better fit for your needs.
r/ElectricScooters • what is the best scooter? ->Not a problem. Apollo is popular and not surprised that you ran into it first. I cant comment on the Apollo Phantom 2.0 Stellar as a whole because I never rode it, but for me I steer clear. They seem to have a lot of quality control issues and if you search these forums you will see a lot of people with issues with cracking stems. I am sure the Apollo Phantom 2.0 Stellar is a great scooter but I am worried about the quality and design that goes into their scooters. When I had my apollo within a week it was creaking and making popping noise that seemed to come from the stem mostly so I moved on fairly quick. Once I rode my dual stem wolf when I got it, the apollo felt like a childs scooter after that. I wouldnt say "stay away!" from apollo but choose wisely. The gspace GTR does already come with piston brakes! They are just 2 piston brakes that work perfectly fine, they just decided to give a 4 piston brake upgrade for even more stopping power on their black friday deals. The catch is I am getting them separate and will have to install myself. Hopefully they are starting to put them on new order or maybe after the black friday deal ends, either way its good to have. But for me its not a deal breaker as 2 piston brakes are just fine and the 4 piston will just help even out brake pad wear. Pads are super cheap for these so who really cares. Its debatable whether 4 piston helps you stop faster anyway lol. The Inmotion RS is a monster of a scooter and a very popular choice. Arguably a better scooter than the gspace when you rate them side by side. That being said there are little quirks people have been having with them that has frustrated them. There is even a guy on here that has one and got so fed up he then bought a gspace gtr lol. Not saying thats a trend or anything but its worth looking into. Also on youtube there is a popular scooter channel called "scoota gang". I am actually not a fan of this dude, I was until I saw his comments to his viewers being one of those sensitive pricks that cant take criticism on a product he owns and endorses. That being said he has great information on the gspace and the inmotion RS and actually rated the inmotion RS higher than the gspace but his main scooter is the gspace gtr for riding. Here is his latest on it [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EwFYSfHP4Y&t=18s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EwFYSfHP4Y&t=18s) this video turned me off to him due to his comments after a viewer simply said it could use more flair in the design (and I agree) and the guy took it so personal lol. I dont envy you if you are going this route and buying into these class of scooters as it will be a hard choice. If you have the chance, for sure test ride if possible. Will make your choice 1000x easier but I understand thats rare. In closing if you are going between the apollo/inmotion/gspace id eliminate apollo from that equation for sure.
r/ElectricScooters • what is the best scooter? ->GSpace Mars GTR is the best choise ! It's safe because it has very good suspension both front and rear, meaning you don't even need a steering damper. The quality is also top-notch! For the price, you won't find anything better! If you're in Europe, they're offering a 200€ discount on the camouflage, but if you're outside of Europe, you can use the 'DAVIDPINTO' discount coupon to get a $100 discount!
r/ElectricScooters • Heavy rider looking for best Hyper Scooter! $4-5k ->I have black one too ! Dont forget use the Coupon saves you $100 😉
r/ElectricScooters • Heavy rider looking for best Hyper Scooter! $4-5k ->See my private message, maybe i can help ;)
r/ElectricScooters • Heavy rider looking for best Hyper Scooter! $4-5k ->Bought an inmotion RS midnight a few months ago, and it had a handful of issues out of box. Was getting annoyed with the results of going back and forth with the retailer I bought it from, so just decided to go shopping for something new all together. Gspace Mars GTR caught my eye and I'm excited to get it together and see what it's made of. Out of the box, build quality is s tier, I love the telelever suspension to get away from c-type design, the ability to add 12 inch wheels, and the bonus to add a power inverter along with a built in fire suppression system sold me. Update: its a fuckin dope scooter. Update 2: Its by far the best 72v scooter Ive ever ridden. Beats the RS in just about every possible category. Also getting an absurd 20 miles more range out of the GTR.
r/ElectricScooters • Got annoyed with gremlins on my Inmotion RS, so I did a thing. ->Knowing what I know now, I probably would of just bought this direct from GSpace instead of a reseller. Customer service has been great so far, and the price is right at $3200 after the 100 dollar coupon code. This scooter is absolutely awesome. The inmotion RS is a bit better at a couple things, but after putting 25 miles on it or so today, I can say it's a solid upgrade. They're supposedly doing some black Friday promo as well if you're gonna wait. I got a set of 4 piston brakes for purchasing this, I'm sure they will do something similar again
r/ElectricScooters • Got annoyed with gremlins on my Inmotion RS, so I did a thing. ->The first thing that jumps out at me right away is how much safer it feels at high speeds. Once you get up to 45-50+ it feels so much more stable than everything else ive ridden, and there is ZERO shake or wobble even without a damper. It's engineered so well you cant really tell how fast you're going until you look down at the speedometer. You can feel the difference between the c-type suspension and full fork immediately. Its much easier to keep straight, and going over imperfections and potholes on the road is way easier to navigate even with the shock upgrade on my RS. The only thing I would say the RS has over the GTR is the acceleration feels a touch smoother, and the deck feels a bit longer, which I like. The cockpit accessories feel a little more premium on the inmotion, and obviously the app with diagnosis tool, and then the ability to fine tune acceleration and brake force is great to have. Beyond that, literally everything else on the GTR is an upgrade. Ive only been through 2 charge cycles, but i believe im getting close to 20 miles more range on the gspace even while riding the shit out of it. Gonna do a range test tomorrow to get a better idea of exactly how much more. Ive ridden quite a few 72v scooters, and the GTR is hands down the best yet, and this is one of the few impulse buys I do not regret at all lol. This thing deserves way more attention then it gets and its a shame there arent many reviewers with videos up on it because its damn near perfect. Supposedly g-space is dropping an 84v model early next year and I am for sure going to pick it up. Gspace also has great customer service from my interactions so far. Ordered this on a Friday morning, and had it on my porch the following Thursday. They also sent me a 4 piston Nutt kit for free which is something im pretty sure voro wouldn't dream of lol.
r/ElectricScooters • Got annoyed with gremlins on my Inmotion RS, so I did a thing. ->Gspace mars GTR… similar to the Kaabo wolf king gtr but in my eyes I think gspace better but that’s my opinion
r/ElectricScooters • What is the best 65mph scooter for its price? ->Another vote for the Mars GTR. It's the best scooter you can lay your hands on..
r/ElectricScooters • What do you consider S-Tier for Electric Scooters? ->Gspace Mars GTR. I am 260, 5'10" and move fucking RIPS along.
r/ElectricScooters • Heavy rider looking for best Hyper Scooter! $4-5k ->https://preview.redd.it/902v8df8sn8f1.jpeg?width=4590&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fe9ef1f617f8df226dc9825b9cf8f11e45739c92 Gspace Mars GTR is by far one of the best quality hyper scooters in the world.
r/ElectricScooters • What are good scooters in the performance category? ->lol just get a Teewing x5 or mars gtr
r/ElectricScooters • Best scooter around $2500? ->Enjoy! I got my GTR about two weeks ago and love it. Zero “regerts!” Just get out there and shred! I’m sure you’ve got all the appropriate safety gear. I routinely cruise at 50-60 mph and so I got the steering damper. Night and day difference in stability — 100% recommend.
r/ElectricScooters • Got annoyed with gremlins on my Inmotion RS, so I did a thing. ->Yup, can easily add an extender. And the thing rides great stock, but I enjoy the extra stability. Enjoy, man!
r/ElectricScooters • Got annoyed with gremlins on my Inmotion RS, so I did a thing. ->I did. Had about 6 weeks of daily riding before the snowy season hit. I’m 100% pleased with the product and company. I bought a set of PMT Stradales for it, but there aren’t any nearby places that work on e-scooters, so I may need to learn to do it myself. How long have you had your GTR?
r/ElectricScooters • What scooter would you give a 10/10? What brand in general would you give a 10/10? ->That is awesome! Holy shit, well done! What was your scooter experience before the GTR? My first scooter was the GOTRAX GX3 and I only had that a couple weeks before I decided I wanted a more capable ride for speed and distance. Im a heavier rider, so i needed a more robust build. Absolutely love the GTR. Any tips for a newbie looking to replace the tires down the line?
r/ElectricScooters • What scooter would you give a 10/10? What brand in general would you give a 10/10? ->The Mars GTR is a serious machine. Power, speed, acceleration, range, all of that is a given… However, it’s that front telelever suspension that really sets it apart. Not in how it rides, which is great, but in how it brakes. It somehow absorbs all the forward momentum under heavy braking, making it incredibly stable when you have to come to a sudden stop.
r/ElectricScooters • What do you consider S-Tier for Electric Scooters? ->hopefully you get your second box at the same time.. i’ve been staring at my scooter unable to ride for 5 days now..
r/ElectricScooters • Got annoyed with gremlins on my Inmotion RS, so I did a thing. ->i ordered my GTR on sunday, the scooter arrived friday.. and the second box will arrive on tuesday.. i’d say that’s the biggest flaw in GSpace as a company. I’m looking at a scooter i can’t use until extra parts box comes days later. WTF is that..
r/ElectricScooters • Got annoyed with gremlins on my Inmotion RS, so I did a thing. ->The Gspace Mars GTR is, by far, the best electric scooter in the market, and Gspace themselves are beyond reproach in terms of how much they'll bend over backwards for their customers. Their build quality on all their machines is superb and they ALWAYS answer emails within 24hrs. 10/10, I cannot recommend them enough.
r/ElectricScooters • What scooter would you give a 10/10? What brand in general would you give a 10/10? ->I've had my GTR about 8 months now and I fucking love it. I've swapped the headlight for a headlight from a Yamaha MT09 (2nd gen) and I added the X headlight from the ZT3 Pro to the plate at the front. I also created a 1 of a kind Predator deck, had it printed professionally on car vinyl, then removed the rubber and replaced it with the vinyl, then covered it in epoxy resin and topped it with crushed glass to give grip. I've also done a bunch of other small mods that would take a long time to post here, lol. https://preview.redd.it/dt645vb5y15g1.jpeg?width=1844&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1f93f2dcc776c2ecd63c335e748f15464e7eede0
