"A good robovac is a life changer. Even a $350 basic S8. It is a great place to start. ... I promise you that you will not be disappointed by a basic S8. It will change your life even if it can't fit under every piece of furniture you own. ... My two S8s just finished vacuuming our entire house in about 46 minutes. ... While my floors were being cleaned, I sat comfortably on our patio in the cool shade with a slight breeze and composed my far too long response to you while sipping a diet soda and relaxing. ... I will have to spend about four minutes maintaining my two S8s. This will be my entire contribution to my home floor cleaning effort for today. Four minutes!"
"Like 500$ these robots are currently the steal of the century ... You can get a mova p10 pro ultra (cannot remove its mops), equivalent to the l40/x40 for 500$ after a discount code"
"For an open style earbud, these genuinely surprised me with their overall performance in sound at this price point. ... IMHO, these Soundpeats PearlClip Pro are probably the best I’ve heard in this under $50 price category when it comes to this style of earbuds. ... These are one of the best clip-on earbuds in this price category especially when it comes to price to performance in sound quality and feature set"

"The battery power lasts about 5-6 days for me (note that I use it a lot throughout the day), so I only bring in my scooter one night every week."
"the battery size (and therefore range) is about the max I’d want for a commuting scooter. ... Range is more than enough for me. ... realistically it’s about 20 miles at 19 mph and for this type of vehicle, that is more than enough. ... Scooters are really best for ~5-10 mile rides."
"Battery is solid and longest I have done is 48km on a full charge, and it still had some juice left."

"Ecovacs has the worst after sales of any company in any place of the world I have ever experienced. ... The company won’t take responsibility and goi around in circles. ... They wasted more than 6 months after talk to multiple people and site visits and it was escalated till the head of the after sales who I will name clearly: Tanmay Gangani, who is an absolute unprofessional and blatant liar with no sense of responsibility and ethics."
"charging exception faults that they cannot fix"
"Got it replaced and the cost was 8K. ... the replacement cost was again 8K. ... Their service is expensive. Even to just visit and check the issue they charge 1K."

"About a year and the right bud would last about 15 minutes on a full charge."
"Then they could not be powered at all, screen would show the azlrla logo and shut off."
"doesnt always recharge reliably ... I've set it on the charger 12 hoursat a time after ensuring a connection andstill won't be charged. ... I think the connectors are overly sensitive"

"The only complaint that I have about these scooters is the charging time...10 to 12 hours is a hell of a long time.. so going out and then charging it while you're out and about is not really realistic... If these things could charge faster like half way in about 4 hours then that would be fantastic... Or I wish you could hot swap batteries on the G4... That would be a game changer."
"It takes 6-7 hours to charge. This is too long. I wish this model had a built-in charger like the Max g2."

"After about 400 miles, I started to notice some stem wobble. ... By 800 miles, the wobble had become a genuine safety hazard"
"Stay away from kukirin they have left me with a snapped scooter ... it snapped going 7 mile on flat ground ... After 6 months utter junk"
"given all the ones with serious bad bolts, i would suggest against kukirin ... like serious death traps imo, i'm not against the brand but they'd have to replace all bolts with proper steel ones before i'd get near Any of them. ... alot of people had bolt heads sheer off just by tightening with crappy multitool hex keys"
I live in Buschwick and commute to the city daily on my G2 Max scooter. It takes around 15-20minutes (buschwick to lower manhattan) Previously, I used to ride voromoters, but the G2 Max is significantly superior and more reliable compared to other scooters available in the market. G2 Max can reach speeds of up to 16-18 mph on the Williamsburg bridge, which is even faster than the Citi e-bike. I got mine for $600 from wallmart restored version.
Okay as an multiple owner of the Kukirin G2 max + G3 pro and now I have 2 (not 1) G4 and I can tell you that the G4 (for me and my riding style) that the G4 is the best! The dual motors scooters, and the batteries do not last as long as the G4! So let's start with the quality, the quality is made very very well, just recently I was on a bike trail and about 50 kids were on the trail also heading towards me, well of course one of them wasn't paying attention and crashed their Bixie bike head on into my scooter... Not a dent not a scratch and not a wobble after it happened and he hit me pretty hard! The folding mechanism is double locked, so there is no way that that thing's going to collapse no way in hell... The suspension on it is perfect and I'm a pretty heavy guy.. the dual motor scooters have great take off yes and can ride up the hill no problem, but man do you take a hit on the battery and distance of riding... Now with you going up many Hills and whatnot of course the battery will take a hit on any scooter.. Hills and wind and weight are against you no matter what scooter 🛴 you ride.. going up hills with the G4 has never been a problem for me and I've been up some pretty steep hills, yes of course the scooter will slow down a bit but not enough to make it a problem, now as for the speed it's very fast I've gotten it up to 75 km no problem and like I said I'm a pretty heavy guy my buddy who bought the same scooter managed to get it up to 78 km an hour... So normally for easy riding I set it into second gear and set that to 30 km an hour and that'll last me 4 hours (taking breaks here and there) and about 60 something kilometers distance possibly more.... What I'm most impressed about is the distance I can ride on this thing.. it boggles my mind! Then they'll be days that I push the scooter pretty hard and ride pretty fast and it handles it like a champ... Obviously the distance will take a hit like any scooter... But one of the things that I noticed is with the dual motors like the G3 pro the battery life isn't that great! I ended up selling it to a co-worker and keeping the G4... If the battery and distance would have been better than probably I would have kept the G3 pro... The only complaint that I have about these scooters is the charging time...10 to 12 hours is a hell of a long time.. so going out and then charging it while you're out and about is not really realistic... If these things could charge faster like half way in about 4 hours then that would be fantastic... Or I wish you could hot swap batteries on the G4... That would be a game changer. The price of the G4 and the quality you get is without a doubt amazing... I'm highly highly confident that you would be happy with the G4 and it would suit your needs
Well yeah but their G line is most reliable, so if you want to spend around hundred, you can just get a G2 max
That may be a good choice. The G2 Max is not a bad scoot either tbh, I sold a few of those under the Valiex brand, my daughter has one, it's been great, she's had it about 1.5 years. Not sure about the new G2, but it seems to be good to go. Especially for commuting. Good size battery.
There isn't one single thing wrong with them, you could use it for years and not have an issue. But generally, when you buy a scooter with that speed, you want to make damn sure that it isn't going to break on you. This brand is known for having more issues, than say, a Segway. On the other hand, the model I have is known to have the stem break at random sooo I'm not one to talk. Just keep a close eye on it before and after your ride, and of course wear a helmet.
No sorry, I meant a Max G2. There are several reports of the stem collapsing for no apparent reaeon
Quite happy with my G2 Max IIE works like a charm for me
I have both the ZT3 and Max G2. The G2 feels like a toy after riding the ZT3. I really like the ZT3. It handles well, feels much more stable than the G2, and I like the wider body which makes it much more comfortable to ride. At $850 on sale right now it’s a really great deal.
Obviously depends on what you want for speed/range. Assuming 20mph and like 20 mi range, for 3-500, I cant really think of many commuter EUCs. I do know that for that price range you can find a lot of decent used scooters and sk8s online. Personally before I got an euc, I got a kukirin g2 max (scooter) for 400 which I commuted 12 mi round trip with. I would say get a scooter cuz its safer for commuting and will give you better bang for $ in that price range. Plus you can do wheelies
Isn't the KQI a pretty good one with decent speed and build? NIU gives me the impression that its a higher quality brand than Kukirin (who can't even get their naming right, Kukirin vs Kugoo Kirin, Kugoo). keep in mind there is no app for Kukirin so you aren't gonna get any OTA updates. I got a Kukirin G2 Max. The display died before even 1000km. The company sent me a new one but not before doing some tests, like reseating the connections. But the worst part was they made me open up the scooter which meant ripping up some of that rubber mat and then they wanted me to check the voltage on the battery and charger. I'm half handy so I was willing to do this, but WTF? You want a customer to check voltage with a multimeter? When I checked the charger it gave me a HUGE spark. Naw fk that. I enjoy the scooter but, the design decisions are weird. I bought new shocks so I disassembled the front. And to my surprise the bolt and the nut on the front axle don't use the same size socket! In a sense it meant that I could use a socket wrench on both sides when tightening/loosening the nut but its just weird. It made it feel like its put together with whatever parts they could find. Not sure if other scooters are like that? G2 Master would just rip with those motors. too fast for me to be comfortable on those tiny wheels.
