I don't know if ninebot is considered name brand but I love my f2 Pro so much

It had issues, I wrote them and asked where I could find replacement parts. They said the line has been discontinued and no parts exist soooo… never doing that again. I want a scooter brand that is easy to find parts on. We bought a Segway Ninebot F2 Pro and so far love it more. Better handling, rides higher, app that works, no card to unlock the scooter, smooth ride.
