>a lot of smartwatches had to be recharged every few hours, not just every day My Amazfit Bip had about 3 weeks of battery life, Amazfit GTS3 had 2 weeks, and the current Amazfit Bip 5 have 7 to 10 days.
I love my Amazfit GTS3 and hear great things about the Huawei Watch Fit 4 (both of which have 7-10 day battery life), but everything else I own is Apple and I would love to have my watch be part of that ecosystem too. I only really use my watch to check the time, track my sleep/workouts/steps and set alarms and timers. So recently I tried an SE 2gen and uninstalled/turned off every feature I don’t use. Still died at the 30h mark. Even the $1k Ultra can’t seem to hit 7 days with low use. We’re currently at the 10th (soon 11th) generation of Apple Watch, and battery life only marginally improved. Do you think battery life can ever improve or is that it for Apple Watch?
I had an amazfit gts 3, galaxy watch 4, Garmin Venu 3 and returned to amazfit. Amazfit balance
I agree on that. I really don't like the way this looks and I don't think it will look good on women for everyday wear like the Active 2 does. I'd really like some smaller watches that are a bit more elegant. I much preferred the GT series for this. I have the Active 2 and like the way it looks, but I'd still prefer something a little smaller.
Not completely true as far as sleep stage data goes. Had a Huawei watch and it didn’t sync sleep stage data. Only time in bad. An Amazfit GTS that I’d used beforehand did sync all that data tho
