"got a coros apex and that thing is stupid efficient. ... did a 10 day trip in the cascades last summer and only charged it twice the whole time. tracking mode was on for like 8 hours a day too"

"My Coros watch has amazing battery life. ... I went on vacation for 10 days and knew I'd be fine not charging it."

"My Apex 2 Pro lasts for about 3 days straight tracking my location, and I don't need to track when I'm stopped or sleeping. It realistically gets me 5 days of use between charges. ... If I ever do more than that, it's battery is so small it barely affects my power bank."

"Coros' ecosystem and data analysis is better and more evidence based."

"I love my Coros as a navigation tool. My phone very rarely comes out for navigation now. ... Using a watch for the majority of your navigation uses way less power than using a phone."

"You can get over a month of battery life with some models, have access to time, altimeter and other features, and in an instance where your other navigation tools failed, you could then use the gps functionality to figure out where you're going."

I love the Coros Apex 2. Originally had the first edition and then upgraded. Great watch with awesome battery life, and the mobile app is solid.

Yeah I run 50-60 mpw mostly on trail and I charge my 2-year-old Coros Apex 2 like once a week maybe? Every 10 days or so

Great watch for running! I have the Apex 2 and it’s great for everything; my only complaint is that in all systems on activity mode it only lasts about 25 hours. Not quite enough to finish a mountain 100M unless you’re really fast. The Apex 4 would definitely cover that, though.

Coros Apex 2 has been my go-to for a while. Great battery life and a ton of other features. I'm not a fan of Garmin after some bad experiences with them in my cycling days, no complaints about Coros really.

This. I have the Apex 2 and it is awesome. Had it for a year and I still don’t know the ins and outs of it. Probably the best purchase I’ve made in years.

I think I'll give in because I have the Apex 2 and it's three years old, so I can sell it for a certain price without losing too much. I need a watch that I use for sport and everyday life and with on-board memory so I don't need my phone when I go running so the choice is quickly made, knowing that Garmin I had, I didn't like it

I have an Apex 2 and love it (except for the charger. The charger is trash. Thankfully the battery is so good, it’s a less frequent grievance).

Only thing better in my opinion from my Apex 2 is the labels on maps.

Crazy how literally everyone here is saying Garmin. I use a Coros Apex 2 which can do everything most Garmins can, has a titanium body and sapphire glass, and costs $300 usd.

I had a vivoactive 3, and my partner at the time had one of the 2xx series, I forget which one. My current partner has a 245. I have an apex 2 now. Couldn't be happier with the switch. Excited to see what they do with the apex 3 models that should be announced soonish.
