Distinct-Anywhere552 1.0I was only able to get Arterial Stiffness Detection option to show up for my D2 if I used a Huawei ID with the region set to Hong Kong. so far it seems to be the best option, with most unlocked features while still having everything in English. Testing an account with mainland China, it adds ability to view Blood Sugar levels within Huawei health app (for me is useful to view Dexcom G7 data) but it loses the arterial stiffness detection completely, also sleep breathing awareness got renamed Sleep Apnea in china region. I have been searching for alternatives, Ive tried Canada and Portugal regions as well. Canada has everything locked except for watch faces.😆 If anyone has found better alternative to using HK region, please let me know.
