Huawei - WATCH GT 6

Congrats. I settled for the Huawei Watch GT6 since I didn't need the extra stuff. I wear it from time to time, I'm still with Amazfit. With its Helio Band, it makes it easy to switch back to Huawei without abandoning the platform. :) Enjoy!

Functionality wise, you're gonna have to choose.

omg my huawei gt6 41mm is at 75% after 2 days of sleep and roughly 1-hour exercise tracking with all continuous measurements possible turned on. If wearos watches manage to get to 5 days of battery life I would jump ship in a heartbeat but I guess we're still a long way from there

I'll answer you directly, to save everyone the trouble: Yes, the GT6 makes sense if you're coming from an Apple Watch, but with clear expectations. The good things about the Huawei GT6 Absurd battery life. Going from charging daily to every 7–10 days feels like getting out of a toxic relationship. Its design is more like a watch and less like a mini-iPhone on your wrist. If you like classic watches, this is a winner. It's more than enough for daily exercise: steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, and solid GPS. It's not a toy. The not-so-good things (iOS rules here) Apple Health integration: limited. Huawei Health on iOS can record some data (steps, workouts, heart rate), but: Not everything works. It's not always consistent. Forget about it being as seamless as the Apple Watch. Notifications are fine, but without the full magic of the Apple ecosystem. If you already use "Do Not Disturb" all the time, this won't matter. Honest conclusion: If: Your priority is battery life, aesthetics, and basic tracking. You don't mind losing advanced "smart" features. You accept that Apple Health won't be perfect. 👉 The GT6 is a good buy. Yes: Apple Health is sacred You want 100% flawless and closed data You use fitness apps that depend on Apple Health

I agree. Coming from an Ultra, I absolutely don't regret switching to the GT6. Personally, I get 16 days of battery life with all the health sensors activated (no excessive exercise for me 😄). And it's three times cheaper too, which is a significant bonus 😎

Go with the Huawei, get the GT5 or GT6. Their health data monitoring and workout tracking are pretty good.

I've gone from a OnePlus watch 3 to Huawei watch gt6 I'm not bothered by Google wear OS as I can do most things on the Huawei (now includes Curve bank in the UK) so I can now pay with NFC Battery life also lasts me 2 weeks which is elite And the fitness tracking is way better

HUAWEI GT-5 or 6 works flawlessly with my iPhone 13 and 15. The GT5 is a good looking very functional watch with a long battery life. The GT5 Pro is on sale as the new model GT6 is being released.

You forget Huawei, better sensors than Garmin (one of the best HR sensor with Apple) and better battery life on the GT series (21 days) for around half the price. GT6 beats the 570 in every aspect for less than half the price.

I'm a Samsung user too, just bought a Huawei gt 6 and I'm liking it so far. Excellent battery life,build quality, alipay&wechat integration, simulate metro card and access cards, etc.
