I am new to visible myself, but can say it's been incredibly insightful to how bady my body works. It gives pacing points and determines how many you get by you results. I alwasy thought I was dramatic about gettin up being hard to finally find out my heart rate spikes so high when getting up.

The new 2.0 got a lot of updates and seems to be much better so far!

Before I got ill I loved my WHOOP. The device itself is free, with the subscription which \*is\* a minimum of $200 a year. Now I wear a Visible. My doctor recommended it for pacing. It's much cheaper, the heart rate tracking seems accurate, but the sleep tracking seems really inaccurate. It thinks I go to bed hours after I do. I had the exact opposite experience, switched to a polar one and didn’t have any issues anymore

G-Shock Edit: Used to wear a Fitbit. Broke too many of them hitting my punching bag. The heartbreak tracker would stop working. Fitbit was great about sending me replacements. I got sick of it and bought a Polar heart rate monitor. So much more accurate anyway. I pair that with my iPhone. Whenever I’m not hitting the bag or tracking heart rate, I wear my G-Shock.

I've only used Garmin watches and computers, and a Polar heart rate monitor (as well as my watches). They'll do that for everything except giving you data while you swim, unless you're stopping to look at your watch.  I suspect all the multi sport watches and GPS computers will do this but can't confirm. The Form smart goggles would probably give you that last data feedback.
