Lee1138 1.0I'd just get your choice of headphones paired with something like an Antlion Modmic. You don't get pidgeonholed into something "gaming" and can select any good quality headphones you like. Been using the same set of Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros for ~8 hours a day since 2007 with a modmic. Granted I replaced the pads a few times, but that all depends on how greasy your hair/head is, and you can wash them, but the leather parts of the headband show no signs of use. Sliders are a known cracking weak point on them (I only noticed it last year myself), but a 3d printed replacement cost pennies.
