"You have to download software to get these dialed in to be able to hear what you want to hear. ... Been a bit of a pain in the ass."
Not sure about that buddy. But 7P+ is using a USB-C dongle which works on my Mac too.
r/playstation • I need recommendations for a PS5 headset, I don’t mind spending a lot of money, what are your best suggestions? ->Agree, I'm on arctis 7p+. Compared to pulse elites (which you could imagine be "the best" for ps5). Arctis is comfortable, metal structure mostly, zero connection issues, low profile usb c dongle that you can put in front side of your ps5. Pulse elite is opposite in all these, garbage. Only downside is having to adjust EQ through pc but that's nothing compared to what else you get.
r/playstation • I need recommendations for a PS5 headset, I don’t mind spending a lot of money, what are your best suggestions? ->What did you get? I got 7p+ and love it. Tried pulse elite because adjusting EQ through PS5 but wasn't worth it. Just returned them after 1 day 😂 they just crackled and disconnected like 5 times per hour. My steelseries haven't done those even once and I've used them much longer.
r/playstation • I need recommendations for a PS5 headset, I don’t mind spending a lot of money, what are your best suggestions? ->Arctis 7p+ is what I have been using for the last 7 years I use it for work aswell great battery life and great sound
r/playstation • Can anyone recommend a good headset for ps5? ->These, I've tried loads and they're clear
r/playstation • I need recommendations for a PS5 headset, I don’t mind spending a lot of money, what are your best suggestions? ->My 7p+ don't fit properly
r/PSVR • PSVR2 what headphones do you use? ->I have a Steelseries Arctis 7p+ headset that I've been using for like 4 years and I love it. Mostly just use it on my PS5 but it has a 2.4ghz dongle plus you can use an aux cord if you want. Super comfortable too.
r/ROGAlly • Best 2.4 GHz Headset for use with the Ally X? ->I wish they would just raise the sidetone and id buy it back in an instant, but i carry on with the old Arctis 7P+ because the sidetone is excellent. Strange that the headset are from the same manufacturer but their settings, volumes and features are wildly different between models and ranges.
r/steelseries • The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is the best headset I’ve ever tried, and used. ->Sidetone is not delayed, it’s realtime. I’d never use it if it were delayed. On the 7P+, I speak and hear myself like I have no headphones covering my ears. If you’ve used sidetone where it echoes or it’s delayed, then you’re doing something wrong.
r/steelseries • The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is the best headset I’ve ever tried, and used. ->not a very pleasant experience bro
r/playstation • I need recommendations for a PS5 headset, I don’t mind spending a lot of money, what are your best suggestions? ->SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P (and before that the SteelSeries Arctis 7P+, nothing went wrong with them, I just wanted to upgrade)
r/playstation • When you play games. Do you wear a headset? ->Steelseries Arctis 7P+ I use them on PC, but those are made specifically for PS. 3 years anf going. Only one issue I could point - when they are fully discharged, sometimes you have to reset with that tiny button in left earcup.
r/razer • Better Option for PS5? ->I’ve used a couple of wireless headsets for my PS5, and the SteelSeries Arctis 7P+ has been a solid pick for both audio quality and comfort. The sound is great, and it connects easily with the PS5. I really like the clear mic for streaming too.
r/PlaystationPortal • What is the best wireless headset for the ps5. ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
