The only viable option I can think of for Full size mechanical keyboard is Redragon K668, but that is also 20% over your stated budget. If you are tight on budget, consider Evofox ronin or stick to cheapest possible full size wired keyboards from Redragon and Cosmicbyte, namely K551 Vara and Vanth respectively.
