"Rapid trigger with magnetic keys are the only thing about a keyboard that really gives you an advantage right? ... It’s the most tested customizable and incredibly reliable state of the art rapid trigger and that is all I care about. ... it has 8k polling rates and .125 ms latency better than the one you literally just stated ... RTINGS.com reputable 3rd party confirmed wootings claims at .125ms and wooting put out video of it hooked up to Xlat machine achieving consistent readings of performance too…. ... Also you’re a moron, the wooting 80HE has 8k polling rate… ... It was .125 Ms Latency via 3rd party testing? And yes the wooting 80HE… there too performance keyboard is the standard? I just watched videos on third parties testing the keyboards latency with machines…."
"Wooting is reliable we all know it genuinely gives competitive advantage. ... If your to buy a keyboard and truly value performance over all else isn’t it like the only option? ... If you truly value performance over anything else. ... Rapid trigger with magnetic keys are the only thing about a keyboard that really gives you an advantage right? ... When all you care about it performance mostly what you care about is being on the same playing field with the best possible chance from a hardware pov to be set up for success… you buy a god damn wooting… ... But it’s the S+ tier performance board ... It’s the best keyboard money can buy performance wise…."
"every key is customizable. ... For some games I prefer really quick actuation on some keys, like 0.1 mm, but then for capslock and tab, I'll prefer 4mm, since I dont wanna press them accidentally."

"The software of Wooting is the best one I have ever used and has tons of configurations."
"Wootility software is awesome ... I tried another brand and you had to choose to enable one feature or the other, but couldn't have both and ultimately it was not as well developed software."
"The software alone is far above majority of the kb softwares out there. ... It can simulate even console controllers if you're into that. ... Actually I don't think any other software even comes close to the customization of it."

"Wooting is also insanely transparent, very good customer service and they are actually deep in the community, livestreams, videos, talks, questions, answers etc. ... I just like Wooting as a company and what they do for the community as a whole. ... a company that actually listens and cares."

"Shitty plastic case for 160$"
"the plastic cases are light and have a cheap feeling finish ... the plastic cases and lekker switches are indeed awful"
"they don't sound good at all ... The sound of the HE switches is pretty annoying, in my opinion, like in a plastic way (if that even makes sense)."

"Shitty plastic case for 160$"
"No, ofc it’s not “worth it” ... the only merit is he which now other keyboards have for cheaper."
"I can’t justify paying 200$ for plastic case Wooting too."

"the wooting keycaps are honestly terrible feeling, there's a jagged layer for friction but it just makes the keycaps look cheap."

"I actually switched from the 60HE to the 80HE specifically because it’s better for coding (arrow keys and macro buttons)."
"missing out on some of those f-keys."
"The only thing I'm missing is arrow keys"

Op1 8k v2 & Scyrox v8 | Artisan Zero Soft | Wooting 60h+ with Owlab TI switches
r/MouseReview • What's your endgame mouse + keyboard? ->They are one of the best HE Switches right now, I am very happy, it comes factory lubed.
r/MouseReview • What's your endgame mouse + keyboard? ->Hitscan Hyperlight Printstream | Owlabs Wooting 60HE + Jade Magnetic Switches | Miku Wallhack ( Miwano Rag ) Sp004 | Xenns Mangird Tea Pro IEMs
r/MouseReview • What's your endgame mouse + keyboard? ->60he+ is the way
r/VALORANT • Keyboard Recommendations to Improve My Valorant Gameplay? ->I can barely see the difference between 1k and 8k polling on 360hz monitor, while I can clearly see difference between my tofu65 custom kb with regular mechanical switch against my custom wooting(60he). It’s very noticeable how sharp your movement becomes with HE kb same goes for OSU, once people started utilizing rapid trigger they beat the records on most of the maps.
r/MechanicalKeyboards • Modern Rapid Trigger keyboards are all extremely fast ->I got an he60+ not too long ago and while it’s not ideal for coding for me (I have keycaps with no legend lol) it works well. I’d consider getting a second one for travel if I did that more and being that outside of ai work I do all my coding on my laptop.
r/WootingKB • Wooting 80HE – good for programming and typing too? ->Are you good enough to notice or take advantage of a 1ms difference in performance? Are you ok with less polished software, a much shorter warranty, and questionable post sales support? The value of something is not solely the purchase price. Your value calculation will be different than mine or someone else’s. There is really no objective answer to “still worth it?” for everyone equally. I have a 60HE+ and one of the cheaper sub-$100 75% HE alternatives. The Wooting is worry free and just works (including the software) from day one as advertised. Updates are painless, there is an active community for questions and support, and I only have to worry about tuning things to my preferences. The other board took some time to track down the right firmware version and software on translated sites. The software is miles behind Wooting, and everything about the board reminds me it is a cheaper alternative. There is little to no info available about the board online beyond first impressions reviews on YouTube. Both work very well as HE gaming boards. I got everything I paid for and more with the Wooting. To me it is well worth it.
r/WootingKB • Are the Wooting keyboards still worth it? ->XM2 8K, Tekkusai Phantom, Obsidian purple donuts, custom Wooting 60HE+.
r/MouseReview • What's your endgame mouse + keyboard? ->Wooting is absolutely the best keyboard for valorant
r/VALORANT • Keyboard Recommendations to Improve My Valorant Gameplay? ->Well OP doesn’t have a mechanical keyboard and if they are looking to get one they should absolutely get the wooting
r/VALORANT • Keyboard Recommendations to Improve My Valorant Gameplay? ->To add on a EPOMAKER HE60 or HE80, or MONSGEEK FUN60 would be good keyboard options. I'd personally go with the 80% after living with a WOOTING HE60 (Orignal model) and missing out on some of those f-keys.
r/pcmasterrace • Is this a good mouse and keyboard for my first time gaming on pc? ->Trust me, got a wooting couple months a go, will never go back, the difference is very noticable, so much in fact that i got another one for my friend. Go for a wooting and you will never look back.
r/VALORANT • Keyboard Recommendations to Improve My Valorant Gameplay? ->I have used both of the keyboards you are considering, and can definitely say that the Wooting is the better keyboard, beyond a shadow of a doubt. In terms of technical features/performance they are so close that its hard to really choose which is better for me. But what really sets Wooting apart, for me, is the Software/WebApp being WAY better than Razer software. Its much easier to configure Wooting, set profiles, etc. And on top of that, the Wooting has significantly better Build Quality, has better warranty, and has WAY better community support on their Discord. It’s also a constantly improving and evolving system that continues getting better. To top it off, the Wooting is also way easier to customize if you’re into that sort of thing.
