"It's just always charged, wirelessly, and until someone else does the same tech, I love my superlight. ... It's a thought thay hasn't came across my mind in YEARS. ... I only defend the g pro because of power play. If it wasn't a thing, I would've moved on from the original g pro without even giving the superlight a try"

"with maybe daily use ive only had to charge it monthly or once in 3 weeks."

"I bought the og GLSL for a few hundred and still run it to this day ... I'm gonna use my gpsl till it dies. ... I still have my og gpro sl. My old 502 and gpro never had any issues. ... Own multiple logitech mice and got a steal on a g923. They all never failed me."

"Also i havent had any problems with it as of right now. Wheel works fine, no problems on the buttons either."

"$179 is pretty nuts. ... As long as people keep buying them and paying the esports tax, they're gonna keep selling them at this crazy price. ... The G305 feels really similar, but at 1/3 the price. ... I don't truely understand why the G pro light is all the rage. ... I used a G pro for a week, and while it did feel very smooth and responsive, I also had a G305 that felt very similar."

"I definitely agree it's overpriced ... If it wasn't a thing, I would've moved on from the original g pro without even giving the superlight a try ... If I didn't need powerplay, I'd look for other mice that are just as good in that price range"

"I returned the G Pro to Amazon myself after the left button started acting up after three weeks. ... Also I remember a few years ago, Canada Computers had 15-20 open boxes of the G Pro Wired in every store due to mass returns. ... The ghost clicks have been a common issue with all Logitech mice for the past 5-6 years. ... My conclusion is that there is something wrong with the design of the Logitech mice themselves that causes the switches to wear out very quickly."

"having click problems with that one too."

Coolermaster "CM storm" Mizar. Switched to original G Pro (corded) when it was still in G305 shape afterwards

I have the 1st Gen G Pro since 2020 and was never really careful with it and it still works perfectly. Maybe I am just lucky because this is certainly the most reliable mouse I have ever had

Maining this rn (g pro wired as a backup). As someone who prefers heavier mice (80-85g), this really fits my preferences rn. Rly wish companies could give us heavier mouse options with modern sensors

Let me write an interesting story. Cutting it short, but I bought a Logitech G Pro (wired one) at release and find myself with 3 of them. I gave one to my brother. Kept another one for later. After 4 years my first mouse died overnight. “Ok bad luck, let me take the other one I have). 6 months later, that second one now has also double clicking while I barely used it. And in between the one of my brother also stopped functioning… I have a very demanding job so I’m not gaming even that much, and still, I mostly play very slow paced games involving a relatively small number of clicks per minute. For most of that time, my brother was leaving abroad, so barely used the mouse… Isn’t that very strange? A bad batch? Planned obsolescence? Want something even more interesting? When I bought the G Pro I equally bought their mechanical keyboard with Romer G or whatever. It also died within that timeframe… So yeah…. Veeeeery curious… I ditched Logitech since then because 4 years lifespan for a 60€ mouse (3 of them actually with 2 barely used) and a 150€ (with discount) keyboard is unacceptable. Now rocking since 4 years a Cherry mechanical keyboard low profile caps and a Zowie mouse. To be seen how long they last but I’m anyway absolutely in love with the Zowie. Couldn’t be purchasing any other mouse to be frank. It’s just absolutely perfect for me.

idk its more like specs have just been too good for too long. ever since the 3366 in like 2015 i don't think there's been meaningful sensor improvement and otherwise click latency is ok but doesn't matter for osu unless u click, it feels right in the hand, weight doesn't matter much unless it feels wrong.

That's what I thought when I used mice with a different shape. I also have an Mchose L7 Ultra, which has a less aggressive shape and a size that fits my hand, and I really like it, but the G Pro Wired and its shape will always be perfect and definitive for me.

I also have a first gen G Pro with the powerplay mousepad and it works pretty well. Occasionally I'll get a glitch where the mouse kinda acts up with the cursor going to the bottom left corner of the screen randomly but that's maybe once a month ish~.
