Omron optical are quiet but not that fun to click. Huano blue shell pink dots kinda replace the high pitch glass breaking sound of Omron 20m/50m/60m/100m mechanicals with more of a mid-tone range sound, so are sort of quieter. Then switches like “Huano silent” are pretty silent but also kind of meh to click. The quietest Omron optical switch mouse I’ve used is Attack Shark R6, then ones like Mchose L7 with Omron optical are also pretty quiet. Like I said, not a huge fan of how opticals feel, though. Besides that, mice like Zaopin Z1 with it’s Huanos are pretty quiet also, and VXE R1 Pro. If you know how to solder AND do a plunger swap, then Japanese Omrons are more on the quieter side as well.
r/MouseReview • Gaming Mice with Quiet Clicks ->Thought I would reply after testing like a dozen Chinese mice that Mchose L7 (small version - larger version is louder) probably has the quietest Omron optical clicks. Attack Shark R6 is also similar in noise but worse firmware.
r/MouseReview • Gaming Mice with Quiet Clicks ->I own a bunch of new mice and the quietest are the Mchose L7 w/ opticals (small version - larger one is louder), the Attack Shark R5 Ultra, and Attack Shark R6. There’s a lot of caveats here, though. You can get bad luck of the draw on the Omron opticals and have them be a lot stiffer and louder. If you get good luck of the draw then the small L7 is about as quiet as it gets. I own one that’s practically silent and another that’s a good bit louder. Then if you click on the back 1/3rd of the button, most Omron opticals are also stiffer and louder. Virtually nobody will actually click there on the small L7, though. Next you have the issue that Attack Shark firmwares are mediocre. Otherwise the Omron 100m mechanical switches in R5 Ultra that are typically somewhat loud are mysteriously very quiet in that mouse. I attribute it to open air shell so no reverb and very stiff shell so no reverb from that either. Heard the WlMouse Beast are light and quiet but don’t own one as well. I doubt they’re as quiet as a good bin of an L7. \-r0ach
r/MouseReview • Need a silent(ish) gaming mouse ->What did you feel was missing from the finalmouse ultralight 2. Compared to the finalmouse, the MCHOSE L7 Ultra's sensor is a bit more forward facing (heard its better for fingertip) and 9g lighter. Probably not a bad bet if you try that one. Attack Shark R6 very similar/2g lighter than the Kysona Merc at ~52$. Keychron m4 is 50-70$ depending on the polling rate you want, but might be too small for your hands. Darmoshark M5 Air, G-Wolves HTS Ultra 8K, G-Wolves HTX Mini 8K, G-Wolves HT-S2 Pro 8K would be interesting to look at too. More than $50 though Not a fan of Incott 029,VXE R1 Pro,MambaSnake m3,MambaSnake m5 ultra based on what I can see on eloshapes.
r/MouseReview • Light Mouse under 50 for relaxed claw/fingertip ->Totally a viable option lol. I couldn’t decide between the OP1w and the X2H v3 but ended up buying the OP1 AND an Mchose L7 Ultra because the mchose was so much cheaper and basically the same shape as the pulsar. Depending on if you want something like the OP1w/X2H v3 vs the Rival 3/Maya I’d highly recommend their L7/A5 mice. Build/software/performance is awesome on my L7, I just personally liked the OP1w shape more. My hand size is 19x10.5 fwiw. Oh and btw from looking at eloshapes, the sensor in the Rival 3 is pretty far back towards the palm. The L7 is probably the closest to that position of any of the mice mentioned, even though that’s not as important as shape. Hope you can find a shop to try some stuff out!
r/MouseReview • Best Mouse for CS2 and Other FPS Games ->Actually, VXE Mad R (Major or not) are the new successor to the VXE R1, and are better in every way to the VXE R1. As compared to the Mchose L7 Ultra, they are very similar, but the VXE Mad R Major is larger for the same size, the Mchose L7 Ultra is a small size, whereas the VXE Mad R is a medium size. Yet, both are +- 39g (with skates and on their 200mAh version). So for that reason, the VXE Mad R Major is the best mouse over the Mchose L7 Ultra imo. Nevertheless, both are great mice, and you cannot go wrong going either way.
r/MouseReview • Is the VXE R1 pro a good budget mouse? ->Do you have a source to understand what you mean by "VXE no longer has Omron opticals"? It is my understanding, and also the specification, that the VXE Mad R Major does use Omron Optical switches.
r/MouseReview • Is the VXE R1 pro a good budget mouse? ->I recommend the Mchose L7 Ultra, around 70$. Or also the VXE MAD R Major. Both are superlight mouse, great sensor (PAW 3950), really light (36-39g), up to 8k polling rate (even tough you only really need 1KHz...), (Omron optical switches etc.). no need to buy fancy Logitech / razer or other expensive brand when nowadays pro gaming mice are so much more affordable and super high quality.
r/MouseReview • any recommendations on wireless mice? fps player ->Mchose L7 ultra + $65 on Amazon lowkey one of the best mice you can buy
r/MouseReview • Whats the best mouse to buy right now? ->My L7 (non +) is arriving today, I've been maining the mad r for a couple of months now, its fucking amazing. I will let you know how the L7 holds up, as soon as ive had time trying it.
r/MouseReview • MCHOSE L7 Ultra+ Review ->Im a big fan of the Mad R, but I have to admit the L7 Ultra feels higher quality. It might be due to it being the 500 mAh version (I ordered the 250 mAh version, but you cant ever be sure what youll get from AliExpress), which is 45g compared to my Mad Rs 39g, so it just feels more solid, being smaller and heavier, but its definitely well build. I personally barely notice the weight difference while playing btw, imo anything below 50g is light enough. That being said, the clicks feel similarly light, the L7 is a bit more silent on M1 and M2 but the thumb buttons feel a little more hollow compared to the Mad R. Even though i prefer small mice, for my hands (20 cm length) the L7 is slightly to small to claw-grip comfortably, so im probably going back to the Mad R for now which seems to be close to the perfect size for me, but for the price and if you prefer small mice/have smaller hands id probably go for the L7. I've also been considering getting the L7+ aswell, but its honestly a bit to similar to the Mad R in terms of shape to justify it. Another small thing, that might not matter to most is, the stock skates on the L7 felt a lot worse than on the Mad R, I immediately swapped them out for Tiger Ice V2 dots. Plus point for the little cut outs next to the skates, which made them extremly easy to remove. At least with the dots I had to put the LOD to 2mm, otherwise the sensor would cut out sometimes, this doesnt bother me at all, but might be an issue for some, idk. This also might not happen on the stock skates, not sure. All in all the L7 is incredible for the price, ive only played a little of kovaaks and overwatch yesterday, but im pretty certain I play just aswell, if not better on it compared to the Mad R but ive noticed my hand getting tired much quicker due to the smaller size. Like I've said, for the price (the L7 being about 10-15$ dollars cheaper were I am) I'd definitely recommend it over the Mad R, just get the Plus version if you think the normal one might be to small. I still think the Mad R is awesome aswell though and the weight difference, especially compared to the L7 Ultra+, might still make it the prefered choice for a lot of people, with everything else being so similar.
r/MouseReview • MCHOSE L7 Ultra+ Review ->Honestly it's a great mouse.
r/MouseReview • MCHOSE L7 Ultra - Black - Review ->The opticals in this mouse feel pretty good tbh.
r/MouseReview • MCHOSE L7 Ultra - Black - Review ->MChose is a good brand, they make my favourite mouse, the G3. A G305 shape but with a rechargeable battery and a mere 60 grams. Now, since you have been using an ergo mouse, it depends if you want to make a fun drastic change to your mouse shape. In truth, the performance of mice has maxed long ago. These days you can’t even tell the difference between a PAW 3311 (released a few years ago) and PAW 3395 sensor without having a graph on the screen telling you which you are using. If you want a specifically gaming oriented mouse, the MChose L7 Ultra is the top tier mouse you’ll ever need. Best sensor on the market, good build quality, great performance and long battery life with the 500mAh in it.
r/MouseReview • Which MCHOSE mouse is the best? ->L7 shape is so good that when I used GPX 2 again it felt too tall and too big
r/MouseReview • What is the best Chinese mouse? ->Most mice are going to feel like a downgrade going from a beast x. Maybe try the mchose L7 if you want to try a small rear humped mouse.
r/MouseReview • Best mouse for small hands? 6.6-7 inch size hands ->Crazylight will feel premium like the beast x. But the mchose L7 ultra is 95 percent of the crazylight but 80$ less. I prefer buying cheaper mice when experimenting, but of course that's up to you.
