All I was looking for is a mouse with infinite scrolling, tri-mode connectivity and a decent sensor (that can be used for gaming as well) You'd be surprised that there's only 2 mice that I know off that fit the bill - Basilisk V3 Pro (maybe even V3 idk) and Keychron M6.

Not sure what you mean I own 3 Razer mice and don't have the double click, but do get a weird sound from time to time when clicking from my Basilisk v3 Pro (it doesn't create a double click though). I have owned Razer mice for 5 + years and never experienced it with the 4 models I have owned and the current 3 I still own.

The Basilisk v3 Pro I have owned since it launched. The best way I view it is as a hybrid mouse. It can serve as a productivity mouse and as a gaming mouse. It weighs 112 grams so much lighter than MX Master series. It is smaller in height and width, not as ergonomic as my MX 3s. It has a cool charging feature a magnetic stand you place it on (innovative and works great). There is a magnetic disk you insert on the bottom of the mouse that allows it to work with the magnetic charging stand. You can also use the USB C port on the front of the mouse to charge it as well, (think on the go). Hybrid because you can use it for both gaming and productivity. A true gamer won't like the weight for certain games. It also offers 3 side buttons which you could compare to the MX 4. The buttons can all be mapped. Below is a reference to the 3s and you can see the magnetic charging stand in the background and the dongle with the USB connector. https://preview.redd.it/9l8xcgr114uf1.jpeg?width=1575&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e7160eafe9a1ce47c81b87536f29ded81854f6f

I wouldn't call Razer jank. I have owned and used quite a lot of mice from Logitech gaming (g502, retired) to the 3 and own 2 MX 3s. I also have 3 Razer mice.   * Razer Basilisk v3 Pro (previous was the Gen 1 Ultimate version which I owned as well)-> hybrid mouse between productivity and gaming, more on the heavier side vs traditional Razer mice. Intelligent charging setup (magnetic base charging) and the comes with a dongle and USB connector that is interesting. * Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed Wireless Gaming (travel or out of my home office, mostly collects dust in a drawer now) * Razer Viper Ultimate (gaming mouse, lightweight and my go to for that) Neither companies' software is ideal, though Razer's latest release (still bloated) is better than the prior version. I prefer the MX 3s for productivity working, and Basilisk 3 for casual use, browsing, some gaming, if my Viper is charging or I want to go with a heavier feel mouse.

Yeah same, I now use a Basilisk V3 Pro at home, and will probably switch the one at work to a Basilisk V3 Hyperspeed, they're pretty great mice, and have the same feel as the G502, except with a magnetic scroll wheel, and bluetooth connectivity

I also made the same choice after doing a lot of research and waiting in mouse and keyboard section lf tech shops for hours. Only problem I see with Razer is its USB-A dongle. Other than that, it is a perfect mouse both for gaming and productivity.

I have had the Razer Basiilisk V3 Pro for about 3 years and no problems with the software but the mouse itself is physically breaking. for a mouse standpoint they are ehhh, but i prefer replacing more often than dealing with a software that is so bad it won't let you use it IMO

both v3 pro and scyrox v8 8k. But using Scyrox full time for gaming now due to 1/3 weight.

I have to say, while I like the MX Master 4, I think the Basilisk v3 Pro is a better mouse (I’m lucky to have both). The Master has a nicer scroll wheel which I like, but Basilisk is more comfortable, has better performance, more consistent click feel, etc. And Razer finally has Mac mouse software again, so you can use it on Macs too. Again, I like the MX Master 4, but Basilisk v3 Pro is my favorite mouse. And I’m not even talking about gaming - it’s the best productivity mouse for me.

Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is now at 5.5. Over your budget by 500 rupees, but that's what I'd get. I don't suppose you can tell me your table dimensions? 😅

I preferred the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro that I tried. In particular due to lighter clicks, G502 X felt a bit clumsy. That could just have been the display units though. They are similar mice.

Depends on your preferences. I have small hands and just bought a Razer Basilisk. It's one of the biggest "gaming mice" but still small relative to a typical hand.

Razer Basilisk is the only one I can think of (certain variants only e.g. V3). The smart-reel feature and mouse wheel in general isn't as nice as the MX Master though. Whether it fits you I'm not sure.

Can confirm that smart reel works with Synapse closed. I don't fancy uninstalling it. I don't really experience problems with the software, although with a Razer Blade it's there anyway.

Not long, just a couple of weeks. My experience with the scroll wheel hasn't been great, I bought 3 and returned 2 for mouse wheel issues. With the current one the issue is that when it's in tactile mode it's pretty lumpy - basically with a normal scroll wheel if you move it it moves a click. With this scroll wheel you can roll it back a little way without it clicking, and then if you let go it falls back into place. So when doing small scrolls in tactile mode if you end up half way between a low point it then falls back with a bit of a clunk and slight reverb through the mouse. Definitely would like it to be more clinical. At the end of the day it has the best set of features, so I put up with that, the free scroll is good, the smart reel feature is good even if not implemented as well as MX Master, the overall feel and quality is good, and the shape suits my hands (smaller hands). No it's not stiff. It has excessive play and springyness (as it drops back into position) vs a regular scroll wheel. It functions OK. I've had no problems from skipping/lagging/extra scrolls. Smart-reel is a binary on off - when you scroll fast it goes into infinite mode - after about a half second of none movement it snaps back to tactile. It's not the nice smooth transition of the MX.
