"my fingers went over the clicks on the DAV3"
I was leaning towards getting the Basilisk cause of the bluetooth and RGB and the V3 Hyperspeed felt like a downgrade from the V2 Pro for me.
r/MouseReview • Between the Razer DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed and Basilisk V3 Pro, what should I pick? ->I wouldn't get the thorn due to its shape, it fills the hand out a lot. Xlite V3 mini is the most narrow I'm sure. Im a little confused with you saying the Viper V3 was too wide. Ergo's are wider. E1 is going to be a well built mouse, it's not an EC3, just a tad smaller EC2. The DaV3 Hyperspeed has perfectly fine specs. Literally nothing wrong with them. It'll be a little more narrow than the Thorn and E1. I'd try it personally if I were you. I don't really use ambi's now. But if a Viper was too wide, maybe look at some top ambis on elo shapes, maybe one of the new ambi zowies is more narrow where you need it?
r/MouseReview • best ergo mouse for fps games? (19/9 cm) ->To directly answer your question: The Cooler Master MM720 might fit your bill. It's a little bit fragile, but it's wide as all hell and decently cheap as well. More generally, I used the G502 exclusively for, what, a decade? and had the same issue with cramping/numbness in my pinky and ring fingers. I thought it was the mouse width, but eventually I switched off the G502 in search of a lighter mouse for use in twitch shooters. I love the 502's shape and it has the best scroll wheel out there, but I think its mass might have necessitated me gripping it more tightly than I would other mice, which could have contributed to that issue. That *may* be the case for you. What I eventually settled on was the Razer Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed -- even though it's a narrower mouse, it's much lighter and I haven't really had that issue since. (But I have long maintained that if Logitech come out with a properly superlight wireless mouse with the 502 shape, I'm switching back in a heartbeat!) That's just my $6.40 on it, though, so your mileage may vary.
r/G502MasterRace • recommendations for mouse for big hands? ->I have said this many times on here before and still believe it to be true.... If you go strictly based on SW, I would pick Logitech Dex or SL 2. Why? It's the only SW I've found (and I think I've used them all) that can properly do an Aim Down Sight right click macro toggle. There are games like Cyberpunk that do not have Aim Down Sight as a toggle. And I hate holding the button to aim. Every other software does not allow me to create a macro to do this, including Synapse. Aside from that, I am not a fan of GHub. It's gotten better but it's still bloated. I think Synapse has made some headway with the Viper V3 Pro and DAV 3 HS where you can adjust sensor positions (not physically obv but you tell the SW that you are holding the mice at an angle). They also have ability to set 4k in game and default to 1k on desktop. It's little QOL features like that I enjoy especially if you make me install an app. I'd rather have just basic web app support though like the new Maya X and the Finalmouse blue one that came out a few months ago (forget the name).
r/MouseReview • What Mouse Brand Has The Best Software? ->Starting sometime in 2024, probably past half 2024, RAZER made some changes and added some padding or reinforcements on the inside of the shell of the DAV3. I had a couple of late 2024 and early 2025 batch samples and they are no longer cracky at all, plus the encoder has been yet again replaced with a TTC Gold dustproof (which will probably make not much difference because it's the encoders that suck, poor materials and so on, not the maker of the mouse), but somehow a not pingy TTC Gold, as I tried like 30 samples bought from AliExpress at different times from didfferent sellers and all were pingy as fuck, noisy and annoying. So I would not worry, if they are sending you a new DAV3 it should be one of the latest batches and it should be good.
r/MouseReview • Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro: The TechPowerUp Review ->I did not check the smooth touch, it's a weird one (no firmware updates, locked with the 8k dongle) and quite expensive still, but I am sure they do not differentiate when building them, the smooth touch just gets a coating, the inner parts of the sheel should be the same as the regular base.
r/MouseReview • Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro: The TechPowerUp Review ->Xlite V3 and DAV3 HS have the same sensor, in fact, RAZER's implementation is probably miles better, yet only for the DAV3 HS you mention old sensor, why ?
r/MouseReview • My hand is 18cm x 8.5cm. I want to buy a new Ergo mouse. I have an aggressive claw grip with my knuckles. My wrist touches the mousepad. ->Honestly for the price, the sensor and the weight the hyperspeed is too good. The only gripe for me would be where do you feel most of the weight?
r/MouseReview • Tried an ergo for the 1st time (Razer DAv3 Hyperspeed) ->Rn im using the deathadder hyperspeed with a key 83 xsoft and mchose ace 68. I play cs all day everyday
r/MouseReview • What's your current main peripherals & game? ->After years of using small fingertip mice and a gpx I bought a deathadder hyperspeed and I’m in love with it for cs2.
r/MouseReview • Do you guys perform better on ambi or ergo mouses? Specfically for tac fps like cs2, val? ->Honestly it’s probably the most underrated ergo mouse out there. I prefer it way more to all the ec2 clones. I bought it along with the medium xlite and a few other ergos and the dav3 hs really stood out
r/MouseReview • I might have found my endgame (Razer DAV3 HS) ->I have no clue about attack shark mice. Pricing differs from region to region. Best value in my market is deathadder v3 hyperspeed.
r/buildapc • Best mouse for less than €90? ->durability is a diceroll usually. with two of same mouse, one can break in a month while the other lasts years. the theoretically most durable mice would be ones with optical switches but those have been out for so little it's hard to have actual evidence that they last long. ime the most durable and well built mice are Zowie and Vaxee brand ones. they scream quality in the hand but also come at pretty high prices. maybe the Zowie U2 which is $90 right now for some reason (msrp $130) is a good choice. edit: I'm using the deathadder v3 hyperspeed which has optical switches but the plastic and coating don't give me confidence it'll last super long. I'm a bit scared to travel with it since it feels like the rubbery coat might just get scratched off by any hard plastic or metal thing I pack it with.
r/MouseReview • Which mouse do you use? Need suggestions for upgrade ->Thanks. I should have mentioned I have the DAV3 Hyperspeed, as amazing as it is, the flare out drives me insane, just cant get comfy wtih a right side flare out, I was the same on the Viper shape.
