Not the ideal for mmo but I've always used deathadder DA V3 PRO. It's the same thing as g pro X but with usbc

You have fairly large hands. A lot of those mice are going to be too small for your claw grip style but suitable for fingertip. Maybe consider how often you're doing each grip if you are narrowing down your choices to that list. I have 19.5x11 and relax claw the Deathadder v3 pro and Lamzu Maya X. I can easily fingertip the Maya X if I wanted to use that style of aiming.

My hands are similar to yours. Ended up going with a Deathadder v3 Pro after trying a slew of mice. Mchose A7 (gpx clone), and Maya X were too small, had to hold them in an odd tilted way to not feel discomfort. Even the Maya Thorn didn't feel right.

Had countless RMAs with Razer back in the day, but in recent years have actually had nothing but positive experiences. Deathadder V3 Pro is great, if a bit big for me (replaced it with Viper V3 Pro which I still use daily) Even Synapse is bearable now.

It's hard to recommend mice without knowing your palm size, your budget and the kind of games you play. Random recommendations here are more or less shooting in the dark. I've used both of these mice (not the DA v2 Hyperspeed specifically but the shape) - the Orochi is a nice shape if you have small hands and you play fast paced shooters. However, it's not fun replacing batteries constantly. It isn't rechargeable. DeathAdder is a classic shape that has stood the test of time (they didn't change much for like 20 years until the V3, but it is on the larger side. If you only play casually, it doesn't matter all that much. Get whatever and call it a day. Both of these options are perfectly capable mice... as long as it fits your hand well. Just remember, shape is more important than any minor sensor differences and this can make or break your experience. For example, the GPX 2 Superlight which many people consider the best mouse on the market is completely unusable for me because the shape doesn't work for me. It keeps slipping out of my hand during big flicks. Out of all mice, I've probably dropped that one the most.

Don't get a Basilisk then. It's pretty damn heavy at over a 100 grams. At least with the DA Hyperspeed you can reduce it to around 85 by using a single battery I believe and the shape is simply a classic. I don't recommend all Razer products. I have the Razer deathadder v3 pro, however the software for the mouse is not compatible for Mac.

Pwnage Stormbreaker for me. I don’t have Carpel Tunnel but I do have repetitive strain flare ups in my wrists and hands now and then. It’s the most comfortable mouse I’ve tried and I get the least fatigue with it compared to my other mice due to ergo shape and low weight. FYI I have used the OG superlight, Deathadder V3 Pro, Finalmouse ULX, and Endgame Gear OP18k. Hope you find the shape that lets you game comfortably!
