"especially because of the battery life. ... The mouse I had right before this was the steelseries super light one, that was an every other day charge at minimum. Whereas this one is like once a week at most - and I work from home and game all night."

"Logitech is a different story -it always amazed me how long GPX2 can stay up, sometimes even a month at 1k polling and way over a week in 4k. That’s impressive."

"I charge it about once a month."

"I’ve had a Superlight (V1) for at least 2 years and have not had any problems with it."

"and its very light"

"It ’s crazy light so I can flick and aim without fighting any drag"

"the difference is like running and waddling through water"

"this one blew me away ... the mouse itself is fantastic. ... If it's good enough for the countless pros that use it on stage, it's more than good enough for me."

"Never had one tracking issue over 4 years."

"The factor that I used the form of it for 3-4 yrs is important to note."

"really light weight ... small hands don't like a heavy or chunky mouse"

"gpro x superlight is my go to and i can palm a basketball."

"both expensive af"

"As a GPX1 user I can say that there are equal or better mice for half the price. ... It was a cool mouse in 2020, if you wanted to pay the premium. Nowadays for that price range I guess Razer or Lamzu would be better. There are a few brands that are priced better while being on par feature-wise."

"I definitely agree it's overpriced ... If it wasn't a thing, I would've moved on from the original g pro without even giving the superlight a try"

"the side buttons are terrible, one of mine even broke & collapsed into the mouse."

"All of them developed the double click. ... 3 of them within 2 years so I could warranty them and got my money back."

"the side buttons are terrible for builds ... honestly the worst side buttons I’ve ever used"

"The same slippery coating made it hard to maintain any consistent grip or control — it felt like I was constantly fumbling with the thing. ... The original coating on GPX was just slippery to me, and Logitech dropped the ball there. I don’t usually have issues with grip — my hands are strong enough, and I typically don’t struggle with gaming mice — but the coating on GPX frustrated me. It made gripping it a real challenge, and that’s one of the main reasons I couldn’t perform well with it."

"my grip never feels as locked in as with my trusty old G403."

"had 2 that developed double scrolling on the mouse wheel"

"none of their scroll wheel holds the click"

"My superlight scrollwheel broke after around 6 months, tho i use it to jump in nearly all games so i used it a lot. ... many people have experienced similar things."

G703 hands down. Bought a g pro x Lightspeed 2 and was like damn this is nowhere near as comfortable. Tried glorious, tried g303, tried various random mice, nothing hit me like the g703

Viper v2pro v3pro.(V2 best shape, V3 "safe" shape) *best sensor imo/from experience, no debounce delay* Super light 2. *Good sensor and no debounce delay.* Op1 8k (cable) or wireless 4k. *Fastest clicks, it registers the click before you hear the click sound. Good sensor.* My favorite of them all, G-wolf HTR 8k pro. Tiny mouse At 26g, I'm 6'4 and can use this little thing without any issues. But I would recommend the Endgame gear OP1 8k, Great shape, great coating for grip even with sweaty hands, fastest clicks of any mouse due to their own switches and good sensor. Light weight software (*no install*). Good price.

If we're going for the exact same shape, with a modern experience, then yes, Mchose G3 would be your best bet The g304 was my first mouse, moved to a gpx superlight when I realized I needed bigger mice for my hand, now on an ATK X1 Ultra but might move to a kysona Jupiter pro when they have some in stock

I'm surprised you've had scrollwheels die on you. I play apex regularly using scroll wheel for jumping and tap strafing with a WL Sword X magnesium for a year and I've yet to experience any issues. I also like the fact that they don't require a program to be downloaded to change mouse settings and is just a web portal. Your experience may differ but I found it way better than my Deathadder V3, Superlight 1 and 2 as well as Razer Viper. It isn't the lightest mouse around, but I have larger hands and it fits well with claw grip for me personally.

It‘s a great mouse with awful software. All pros use GproMemory manager instead of the full software. It will add mouse acceleration sectetly. I actually went from a G Pro to a G pro superlight and now I‘m back to a G Pro because I prefer a little more weight on my mouse.

For a medium-sized, symmetrical wireless with good battery life under $120, I’d look at the Logitech G Pro X Superlight (if you find it on sale) or the Pulsar X2. Both are great for claw grip and popular for FPS. If you want something cheaper, the Logitech G305 is still solid and lasts forever on a single battery. All come in black too.
