Bowers&Wilkins Px7. Good enough for me, I'm far from an expert and cant wear overars too long regardless of model.
Good enough for me. Still get warm ears. Havent looked in the App in a Long time.
I'm going to sound grumpy but the px7 is not at all natural, it is nasal, sibile, it's detailed and very poorly balanced, if you want to eq your px7 there will be distortion. I find that this headset is a huge scam, if you want hifi sound, avoid bluetooth or take a focal bathys which is the only one to be hifi wireless, otherwise the airpods max and the xm6 are the 2 best headsets with the best sound behind the bathys, but no other brand sounds better than these 2 on the wireless market.
I take both as wearing earbuds for longer periods of time results in strong discomfort and pain in my ears. So the earbuds for quick grab and calls, over the ear for longer listening in-flight. This summer i took 9hrs flight and on that trip there was no space in my onebag (Aer tp3) for over the ears (BW PX7), so I used only earbuds and I was suffering. Now I prefer removing something else from my bag to get that required space for the headphones which basically save my life in that 12-16 hrs flights
What is your budget, I'd go for an overear, I hear Yamaha & Sony have good ANC overear headset, I favour the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra and Bowers & Wilkins Px7, but that's because I have experience with these ones. My JBL Live Pro TWS2 earbuds are also very good, And the inear Bose Quiet Ultra earbuds are also very good. But I generally use them for phone use and phone calls See, sometimes I get an itch in my ear, and if I scratch it, it becomes too irritated to accept inear buds, that's why I prefer over ear on long flights But they come with a steep price, The Sony WH1000MX5 might be a good middle ground, if you're on a budget The overear sets come with a 3.5mm jack cable and an airplane connector, For the inear buds, you'll need to buy one and a bt transmitter
I just recently went through the motion, tried b&w, sony, soundcore and sennheiser. It all depends on what lind of sound you like - for me sennheiser m4 is the winner but 630 is better but costs a bit more and is what i have settled on. Having in the same price range the bw px7 and px8 were atrocious for sq.
I feel badly for Bowers & Wilkins. Disliked the PX7 and PX8, along with most of their subsequent revisions. The PX7 S3 literally just knocked the Momentum 4 off my daily driver pedestal, which took its place above even pricier sets like the Bathys and 5909. Been that way since launch, practically. And then just a few months later the HDB 630 comes along and turns the S3's into the "won't embarrass my wife at the airport" headphones.
Polecam Bowers &Wilkins px7 do wyrwania na promce za ok. 800-900 zł ale warto tę stówkę dołożyć. Długa żywotność baterii, krótkie ładowanie, świetna jakość dźwięku. Słuchawki są closed back, odcinają dźwięki z zewnątrz. Wcześniej używałem open back Sennheiser HD bt 4.40 i z B&W nie mógłbym być bardziej zadowolony.
You’ll probably have to go to a shop to try them on. The qc45 have a reputation as the most comfortable travel headphones on the market. The only plausible one you might find more comfortable is a pair of px7.
What’s your budget? Do you want Bluetooth or wired? I find the Focal Bathys super comfy and I used to wear my Sony XM4 all day. The Bowers and Wilkins Px7 and 8 are comfy and have good connectivity but I don’t find they sound nearly as good as the Bathys
I've used my B&W Px7 daily for years now. Feels and looks brand new. You can find it fairly cheap nowadays.
5ish hours, I reckon? They're definitely on the heavy side, but really comfy. Imo, at least. And they're over-ears, that helps.
