I was in your shoes a short time ago. I landed on these [Edifier headphones](https://a.co/d/dksLXgk), and I am happy with them. They sound good, and cancel noise without the bulk, and wheight of the 3m work tunes. I wouldn't take these to the range and shoot with them, but my table saw isn't as loud as a 12 gauge.

I own them for 3 months or more now. I own over 60 pair of headphones. These are the hardest ones to listen to. They have no energy just it's boring. They're so hard to listen to. I legit regret not returning them many other options out there that are waaaaaaay better.

I think it sounds great when using the LDAC codec - which my digital audio player (Fiio JM21) has. However, I don't like the sound quality when using the AAC codec my iPhone uses. Also, I'm no longer able to use the Edifier Connex app for some reason.

The Edifier W830NB automatically uses the best quality codec available from the source device. So it will use AAC automatically when you use your iPhone 16 Pro. I wonder, do you like how the headphones sound with your iPhone 16 Pro?
