Jabra has a great set, but they are pricey. Jabra Evolve2 85. They are noise canceling headphones with pretty good sound. I don't notice much difference between them and my Bose Quiet Comforts. But, the big difference is they have a microphone arm that comes down. I was so happy to find an almost new pair on FB marketplace for $200 shipped. Highly recommend. I will say though, I have an older non noise canceling ones (Jabra Evolve 65) and the microphone is better on those. But the Evolve2 85s are still decent. Not as good as a dedicated microphone though. In a previous job I used a Blue Yeti on a boom arm. Seriously, check out the Jabra Evolve2 85s.
I have a Jabra evolve2 85 headset. Pros: Over ear design with better than average ANC Mic folds down for clear calling and cancelling out ambient noise Good sound quality for listening to music or watching videos while travelling Above average battery life (I think I can go two 8hr days without a recharge) USB-C rechargeable so no need to get their desk mount charging puck Comes with a good carrying case for travel 2.4ghz dongle for quick connectivity, but also Bluetooth to connect to phone 3.5mm jack Cons: Going from airpods to these will feel big and bulky for a bit No touch controls (my Sony over the ears had these from like 6 years ago), lots of physical buttons. Kind of expensive I'd like to mention on the expense of these headphones that I do feel like it's worth it. I've had this set for like 3-4 years and I have had only one or two times where someone said I sounded muffled? Out of like 1000's of calls. These do a great job of filtering out ambient noise both for you and for your listener. Good luck!
Jabra Evolve2 85. Noise Cancelling + mic arm for teams calls.
I love my Jabra Evolve2 85. Yes it is expensive, but I wear it every day, even gaming on weekends, and it is great. I am really hoping for a refresh soon as it only supports Bluetooth 5.0 and I really like some of the newer Bluetooth features.
Any wireless headphones with an extendable mic. I personally use the overpriced Jabra evolve 85 because I told my boss I need the ANC if I were working in the server room. The bose qc line is very comfy for hours, it’s used by pilots so it’s good for us too. When users ask, I tell them to use anything streamers use as they need to wear the headsets for extended hours
IMHO, Jabra is good choice in general, I had about 6 of them in 15 years, however, Jabra Evolve2 75, mic stopped working in 2 monts, returned and replaced, meanwhile I bougt Jabra Evolve2 85, excelent sound, yet, mic physically broke, and I dont ubderstand why they made it in way that you need to do 2 moves to unmute mic (or generaly hide/release mic physicaly), and it broke there, small detail which kind a ruin 300 dolars headset in several months. I taped it, prolong usage for almost 1 year...and now I am here googling best head set, as I dont trust Jabra anymore. https://preview.redd.it/irckbmmau19f1.png?width=3024&format=png&auto=webp&s=85a57ce8702ddd1f71a3ef3bb9f95ad691c4116b Jabra Evolve2 85
Just picked up the jabra evolve2 85. They’re pretty good but not totally in love with them yet. The ANC takes awhile to get used to when you’re speaking, but I prefer the over ear since I’m on calls pretty much all day.
Currently we use Jabra Evolve 85 at my workplace, and i'm quite happy with that. It was a bit of a change from our old Plantronics Voyager 8200 UC. I especially had issues with the noice reduction on the Jabra realy making it feel like i had a lot of pressure in my ears, but that went away after a few days of use, and i've been happy with it since.
Youd do all your customers a favour and get a proper enterprise headset and not a consumer one. There is plenty that is designed as a consumer headset but with enteprise grade microphone and certifications. Look at Jabra evolve2 85 as example, that has the same form factor as the one you linked but with a microphone that has passed Microsofts VERY demanding tests.
Pricey but I love my Jabra Evolve2 85 so much I spend hours a day on the phone yet can walk around my whole house, take out the trash, use the bathroom haha, etc and everyone thinks I'm at my desk. Its great. It is also very comfortable and the noise cancelling is great for when others in my house are home.
