"The ONLY issue I have with Space Travel is low volumn-ish. ... I'm already the lower volumn person yet must crank the bar quite high (70% or perharps more when outside)."

I use the Moondrop Space Travel. The noise cancellation is decent enough but nothing beats my XM5's

Hopefully this is a big difference from using Razer Barracuda X and Moondrop Space Travel.

iPod classic with Bluetooth- Moondrop space travels for BT casual listening, 7hz zero:2 iems for wired. Cannot get over how good the iems are for the price of basically nothing, it is insane how far we’ve come.

It only depends on your personal criteria on what counts as an "IEM" and "TWS". If your criteria for an iem is always a wired device with minimal losses in audio transmission then yes, the galaxy buds are "not" iems. In my opinion, earphone TWS devices are IEMs but they have electronics built-in, have the source (BT receiver) very close to the drivers, and the source is extended wireless albeit with some expected loss of data during transmission. I mean, you can dismantle a TWS, get the driver and slap it into an IEM shell. You can also slap a BT receiver on an IEM to make it TWS. As for budget recommendations, the Moondrop Space Travel is excellent for \~25usd if you want that neutral diffuse field-target tuning. If you want "meta" tuning, I recommend the KZ Carol for \~30usd. I know these are well-established Chinese brands but you don't get a lot of options in the budget realm outside of Asia as far as I know.

I drive to work, but if I'm going somewhere not in the car then my go to is the Moondrop Space Travel.

ive only had the og, theyre superb. was thinking of getting the ultras just to try out. better battery life is nice. but the battery on mine is fine for 95% of situations. and the 5% it just forces me to actually appreciate my surroundings sounds anyways so i see nothing wrong. they have no occlusion effect which is a big positive for iems, they dont give a closed in feel. i rate them 9.5/10 for their price.

Moondrop Space Travel for Bluetooth and when I’m on the go. Excellent audio quality with barely noticeable latency. If I want to get on voice chat with friends I’ll use the Koss Porta Pro Communication Headset that comes with a mic boom which honestly sounds extremely good

Apart from the Linkbuds S, I can't find another competitor here against the Moondrop Robin. It's a shame that Moondrop isn't more well-known. TBH, Moondrop's Space Travel and the Robin headphones just completely eviscerate the budget and mid-tier market. The Robin's might have the best audio quality when compared to the main brands for consumers (Sony, Apple, Bose, and Sennheiser). I would definitely be using my Robin's more, but I can't give up how much I love the Technics AZ80s though.

I have the Cadenza and (had) the Space Travel (2 pairs lost while at airports, 1 pair brokey, waiting for Robin rn for both waifu and tune lol). Use(d) both semi-regular, now I'm rocking Moondrop Aria1 (discontinued) just because Cadenza tuning is a bit too safe and may be bored after a long while lol. Space Travel's bass is decent. HOWEVER, there are some songs that the Space Travel struggles (ala FF16 Find The Flame), it would buzz and a bit hissy. For those songs, I'd prefer the Cadenza. However trying out Daft Punk's Random Access Memory (both normal and drumless), both pairs work well, though I would prefer the Cadenza a weeeeeee bit more if not for wireless handy dandy. But for some rock songs (GG Strive OST lmao), Space Travel is quite pleasant, then again, both are p neck-to-neck w slightly different tuning. Then again, I would say Cadenza tune overall is a bit safe-y, comfy but may bored ypu after a long while listening. Space Travel is quite safe but more interesting (beside some weird limitation but kinda depend on the song itself), and also TWS soooooo...yeah. The ONLY issue I have with Space Travel is low volumn-ish. I'm already the lower volumn person yet must crank the bar quite high (70% or perharps more when outside). A trick is enable ANC mode to kinda isolate noises a bit but kinda useless when in a quiet room hmmm. *Space Travel is also so nice with ANC and on airplane tho* Edit: anyway I still prefer Aria if for bass among my pairs lol
