"the bunny is 20$ its terrific imo, using them right now. ... As in getting two 10$ sets that you aren't happy with versus saving for one 20$ you will use for years is better."

"best bang for buck with the option to eq"

"The Tanchjim Bunny is quickly becoming my default rec for under 25$ ... it beats the usual picks like Chu 2, waner, Zero 2 etc. great pair"

"-Very light, very comfortable earphones and cable"

"overall the bunnies are much less fatiguing to have in for longer periods"

"However, what's nice is that the Bunny happens to come with the Tanchjim APP which allows the listener to literally change everything up to your liking. It has a bunch of presets for music, for gaming, and a very solid parametric EQ. ... -Great app for EQ’ing the Bunny"

"the tanchjim app is incredibly good, you can EQ the bunny very well and there's a lot of pre-eq'd settings you can choose. ... you basically have almost every IEM (tonal wise) with the bunny. ... it can replicate a lot of < $70- $80 IEM on how they would sound."

"Unless you ABSOLUTELY need the 3.5mm, get the DSP version, and get the Tanchjim Android App, and use the DSP. It's absolutely fantastic to just be able to change the tuning on thr IEM. No stupid dip switches, no fidly knobs, just click, apply, and go. And it will remember your last setting, SK if you plug it into another USB device, it will keep whatever tuning is set."

"-Details are better than they should be ... -Instrument separation is nicely etched"

"just the Bunny is higher resolution than all of it's competition, it's a step up from anything else"

"A little bit leaning towards a bit of a brighter but non shouty or fatiguing sound, good details, technicalities and instrument separation"

"-Sounds fantastic with a 4.4 balanced cable ... I personally enjoy this set with a 4.4 balanced cable using better sources ... I like how the Bunny scales with a bit more power"

"the tuning is really flat, you won't enjoy it if you love bass."

"I tried adding and removing bass through EQ, it did not handle bass boost well."

"IEM sound very neutral and you won't enjoy the songs as you used to enjoy. ... every song is different and you can't enjoy it to the fullest until you EQ it accordingly (dude i just want to listen the song and relax!)"

"I didn't think about how weird the connector port is on the Bunny. ... All of my IEMs have the cable standoff sitting flush on the shell, missing that red-circle part of the ear completely, whereas the bunny has a box with a sharp edge there and the standoffs point in a weird direction."

"well dsp is just a dac built into the cable but with noise issues usually, you can hear a hum when audfio isn't playing or if you're playing at low volume even sometimes."

"Slightly more output power helps the Bunny quite a lot"

At this stage just roll a dice and get that one because everything would be an upgrade compared to 5bucks iem.imo the safest would be zero 2 cus its just neutral with bass boost then start exploring from there.

I forgot that zero 2 has bad included accessories so if u want better included stuff ill go for waner and gates or bunny for dsp(usb c).but like i said just roll a dice ,all of them are good enough

If you have headphone jack maybe pick any of iem but if u only have usb c then get bunny?so that u will waste least amount of money to try out iem and can decide whether its worth it to invest more or not.

Either Tangzu Wan'er SG 2 or Tanchjim Bunny. Bunny is out of stock for now.

r/headphonesindia • IEM or TWS (realme t310) for online classes any recommendation would help ->

Wan'er 2 is small-medium in size. Tanchjim bunny is small size but out of stock and leaning more towards neutral.

Moondrop may's (my daily driver until about a week ago) or the cheaper but similar tanchjim bunny, or 7hz sonus, newer set i own Both are great, may's sound warm and neutral (you'll hear vocals, bass rumble, higher frequency instrument will sound laid back like violins tambourine... rock is great though), sonus sound spacious, clear and detailed with extra subbass (super fun at high volumes, and for busy tracks) If you don't get a sub $20 set you should benefit quite well by a dac, ka11/trn black pearl will do great, get the latter if you intend to get balanced planars or headsets in the future (or just want a more powerful dac) keep us updated and gl, hf

Simply get a cheapo iem ... I would suggest the tanchjim bunny DSP and also get a usb A to C adapter if you don't have usb c output on your pc.... If you have a android phone then you can also change how the bunny sounds using the tanchjim app

Grab you a pair on TANCHJIM ultima if you like bullet buds, or you could grab the bunny if you want traditional iem shape. Both are generally around$20. You can connect the usb c and change eq to your liking, but their house tuning punches way above its weight for price until you know a little more exactly what you like! 👍
