Have you reviewed any Original Mattress factory mattresses? I bought their hybrid one and liked it so much I bought a second. Their pillow top was awful though… I sank so far into it that I couldn’t get out of bed easily. I replaced it with the second hybrid with their replacement policy
I loved the hybrid, though. It’s a perfect fit for me and the price was reasonable
Just found this as we are looking to go from a queen to a king. Planning to buy another Casper Original Hybrid because both my husband and I find it works for our different sleep preferences (5 years on current one). Question is - we have been sleeping on it without any foundation. Looking at new bed frames, some will need one. Thoughts on if adding a foundation would affect our experience of the mattress?
I got a Caspar hybrid mattress from Costco last year. It's a great mattress.
I bought a Caspar hybrid at Costco and I love it. Nice thing about Costco is their return policy; if it doesn't work for you, you can return it.
Thanks! I'm in early stages of choosing a twin mattress. I'm thinking of latex or memory foam. I'm a 140 pound woman. I've only seen slats for foundations. Are they really sufficient support? I have a Casper twin on a metal zinus frame now and I'm looking to get rid of both. Not enough support for me.
In my opinion, the hybrid mattresses are more firm than memory foam mattresses. Of course, it all comes down to personal preference. We prefer a firmer mattress so we went with the Casper Hybrid (we own four of these).
I like a medium firm and this one was perfect for me. It’s been a year now and it’s still holds about the same
bf and i bought the hybrid casper 4 years ago. its the comfiest mattress either of us have ever use. when we stay elsewhere, all we talk about is how much we miss our own bed lol. we’ve made sure to turn it every 6ish/12ish months (depends when we remember) to help with longevity. its still in good shape, but i will say in about another yearish it will probably be sagging eta: on sale right now
To be fair my bf doesn’t think it’s changed at all. I definitely feel that it’s softer, but maybe it won’t actually be sagging in a year or two. Apparently the padding does get softer after awhile, so maybe that’s all i’m feeling. Regardless, we’ll be casper buyers for life because it’s so damn comfy
I spent $1500 on a Casper mattress. It’s a hybrid with springs and foam and it’s absolutely worth it. I’ve had it for 5 years so far and it’s the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Like I really have not slept in a more comfortable bed ever.
As other have said, and if you have a wholesale club membership like BJs/Costco/Sams, they tend to have good prices for mattresses and good return policies to match. Liking the hybrid Casper we got, \~$600 for a queen when we got it, prices may have changed though.
I bought the Casper hybrid mattress and it’s worth every penny. I made every one of my friends come lay on my bed when I first got it.
