Hello since you work at Mattess firm, how long does it take for a mattress to break in?? I got the tempupedic luxe breeze medium hybrid. I’ve had it almost a month. Side sleeper and sometimes I feel great and sleep awesome and other times I get out of bed and back is killing me. You already know what I spent for this, how can I get better sleep?? Really thought this would be the end all but man it’s been rough at times. About 5’11” around 250 for reference. Any suggestions? Will it loosen up more? Thanks
We recently bought Tempurpedic luxe breeze 13” medium hybrid on ergo pro smart frame. I’ve heard this sags after a while but is not visible so Tempur doesn’t do anything to make it right? Thoughts?
We just bought a tempurpedic luxe breeze 13” medium hybrid with the base. BOMB AF… and I’ve been building roads all my life with a sore back
Definitely a solid choice, in terms of Tempur you could do better you could do worse. Determine which is the bigger priority for you, cooling or budget. If it’s cooling consider that or the LuxeBreeze. If it’s budget stay with the PBMH or consider the ProAdapt medium hybrid. If you can find a showroom or flagship store and try them all out. I personally have the LuxeBreeze medium hybrid and I love it.
LuxeBreeze Firm, of course is the second most expensive Tempur-pedic. People with larger frames will usually need a lot more support in general, even if they sleep on their sides. If they are taller as well and the weight is more evenly distributed the LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid might be a better fit. The breeze lineup just because it keeps people cooler. Can attest and so can my customers. Have her go try it out at a flagship store and try them in person.
LuxeBreeze is a damn good mattress for coolness, I’m surprised you’ve seen hate about them. Maybe just because of the “foam”. Aireloom is also a really good option. Assuming you’re going for a king size a 10k budget should get you a pretty great mattress set.
This. It sucks but the best thing to do is go spend an hour at least trying out different beds in person. If you go off only bad reviews you will never find a new bed. Find a store that has good reviews about the salespeople there, and let them guide you. They are there to help. Helping you helps them make money, so it’s in their best interests to get it right the first time. Understand certain bed’s quirks, like tempur-pedics take time to break in, Beauty Rest Black have been get lots of returns etc.
I have been using the tempur pedic luxebreeze hybrid for two years. Never waking up with a back pain again. And I got the outlet version (the ones people returned after trying for a few days) for about 40% off from mattress firm.
Tempur pedic luxe breeze medium hybrid. Bought a floor model from mattress firm, was able to get 50% off.
I had EOS naturepedic latex and it was super uncomfortable for me and it sagged on one side after a year. After that we switched to Tempurpedic tempur breeze hybrid. It’s an amazing mattress from a comfort perspective. I sleep hot regardless of mattress so I have the BedJet to help regulate that. With this combo you can have the best of both worlds. I was anti-foam but the open cell and cooling technology is pretty much on par with latex.
Just went through this. Went to countless stores. Multiple sales people tried telling me which bed was the best with the best warranty. I finally noticed that a hybrid was the type of bed I found to be the most comfortable. First noticed the sealy medium hybrid. Then figured I would just lay on a tempur medium hybrid. Loved both. Was nervous, reading that hybrids sleep hot. I ended up getting qoutes on both with adjustable bases. Sealy was around 4200. Tempur was like 6500 or 7k. Really didnt want to spend that much. Hopped online as I live in a city. Found countless wholesalers and resellers selling similar beds. Purchased the sealy first. Medium hybrid. Sealed brand new in plastic for 400. It was queen for my spare bedroom. I felt that I needed to test it out myself for multiple nights before buying a King for my master. Slept through the whole night. Woke up in the same position I fell asleep in. Couldn't get enough. Biggest concern for me is summer with all the reviews stating memory foam sleeps hot. Ended up spending a little extra on a returned tempurpedic medium hybrid cool breeze. I found one for $750. I was very concerned buying a bed that I know was returned from a previous owner within 90 days. But im happy to say I've been getting the best sleep I have ever gotten in my life. Im beyond thrilled. After spending weeks reading and shopping beds, I hope my shared experience can be of some help.

Tested almost all “nice mattresses” when we were shopping for our mattress. Bought the tempurpedic luxe breeze. Very happy. We also got their pillows, not so happy. Might have ordered a pillow too high.
Tempur luxebreeze if you like the memory foam feel. Tried many other mattresses and liked this one the best. To me, its not even close. I do sleep with aircon though.
my wife and i have had our soft tempur-pedic luxe breeze for about 6 months and it’s one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. unbelievably comfortable, great cooling technology, and it gets better every night. 10/10 would recommend
