Really so dependant on person. But I would guess you will be better served with the 30 as a one bag solution. My bag is I believe 25. It’s great into late spring and fall. Summer in hot and humid GA? No not really. I prefer like a 45 quilt or just stay home! But mid winter if it were 25-30 degrees I’d realistically be cold. Don’t abuse it please but rei has such a liberal return policy you could try one now in mid November to get an idea.
