"I have a Bose SoundLink revolve I'm thinking about upgrading to a charge 6 but scare that that might not be as loud"
I actually liked my Revolve+ speaker. I never had connection issues with it, the sound was decent for what it was, it was easily portable to wherever I wanted it to be and it was an omni directional speaker. So it worked great for parties inside and outside because there was no difference in the sound all around it.
My Bose revolve plus has been going strong for 9 or 10 years, even after accidentally dropping it and my JBL Go 4 is great for my office
Lol trying to make the JBL seem better than the proven premium brand, Bose all the way between these two
I have revolve plus serie I and revolve plus serie II, but jbl charge 6 sounds better in direct position by slighty more margin and more bodied bass.
All depends on what you want to use it for the harman kardon is a good option if you want a nice powerful speaker for indoor use I don’t have the bose soundlink max but do have the smaller revolve+ this one is obviously lighter and probably less powerful but it is very suitable as a travel speaker for taking with you on a trip
The Bose Soundlink Revolve+ is very expensive, but incredibly impressive. Its roughly the size of a water bottle, but sounds like a large stereo. Everyone who's heard it remarks about how "large" the sound is & how deep the bass feels.
I love my Bose revolve plus, the battery lasts forever. I think it sounds and handles bass better than JBLs but that’s my opinion. It’s only water resistant though, and micro USB still
I would choose the Bose. You might want to wait a bit,the line will be discontinued I think and the prices will drop for sure. Also you can find them pretty cheap, but still brand new on different apps like ebay or whatever you have in your country. In my country on the ebay like app you can get the revolve plus 2 sealed for like 150$ or reboxed from a big electronics store for 200$ or even a little bit less on sales.
Extreme has more bass but i wont complain jbl its good speaker, as an audiophile i love bose speakers sound signature , their sounds are well balanced clear and crispy. It can take all kind of music. Or just check bose soundlink revolve plus 2. Its very good all rounder. Using it for past 8 years. I love it . If you’re buying speaker just for partying then jbl xtreme is good. If you’re buying a speaker to enjoy music when you’re alone i suggest bose. Bose speakers comforts ur ears. Just check some youtube comparison and decide. Check youtube danny pops he compares it well.
I have a Bose Revolve+ - it's the best I could find in its size. But my Sonos Move 2 has better sound quality.
