"The Arzopa has usb-c power passhthrough too. So I can use ONE charger connected to the monitor, and then connect the console to the monitor, and the monitor will work AND charge the console at the same time. It's awesome."
"Works well with my Steamdeck either with direct USB-C cable or via mini-HDMI + USB-C for power when docked."
"Minipc powers/displays to a monitor via a usb-c. Very convenient and great for a travel setup."

"Me too. And I use Apple Airpods. $$$$$"
"$179 is pretty nuts. ... As long as people keep buying them and paying the esports tax, they're gonna keep selling them at this crazy price. ... The G305 feels really similar, but at 1/3 the price. ... I don't truely understand why the G pro light is all the rage. ... I used a G pro for a week, and while it did feel very smooth and responsive, I also had a G305 that felt very similar."
"overpriced and don't ever prove the price difference in sound over the az100."

"The clarity somewhat was not there and I struggle to hear spoken words ie lyrics and speech regardless what of switching speech enhancement and night mode on and loudness turned off ... I feel what ’s the point having this system if you can ’t use these features ... beam 2, despite being really good on it ’s own when connected to era 300s, is not powerful enough to compliment era 300s as 300 does not use centre firing drivers when in surround mode with beam, so when paid it lacks an ability to generate clear sound. ... In short, I personally don ’t suggest connecting beam 2 with Era 300s."
"Mine sounded mediocre until I added two Sonos One SL as surrounds. ... Without the surrounds it is very lackluster."
"I would not say its dialogue clarify is leagues better than the Beam at all. ... likely not if you’re focused on dialogue clarity improvement. ... The Beam Gen 2 and Ultra (I’ve owned both) have similar levels of dialogue clarity."

"Image quality isn't beautiful or anything ... If you're in video or photo I wouldn't recommend."
"Kung gusto mo lang ng basic, reliable screen for office, presentations, at okay ka sa 60Hz, ok din si ZenScreen ... Kung gusto mo ng smoother display for gaming or just better scrolling experience, [Z1FC] na. ... yung pinakagusto ko is yong 144Hz na sobrang noticeable talaga."
"Quality isn’t great - not for gaming"

I've got the Asus ZenScreen MB16AMT. It has a 7800mah battery built in that gives you 4 hours of use on battery. 10 point touch support, speakers, usb-c or micro hdmi. I got mine in 2020 and still use it all the time. It makes are a very nice LARGE tablet. Its not cheap, but super versatile. Works on battery, or can be powered. I've got the asus zenscreen MB16AMT which has touch, speakers (mediocre at best), and 4 hr battery built in. It does make for a nice large tablet. I got it in 2020 and still works great today. If you are looking for a tablet experience, go with the large monitor and get a good sized battery pack to power it - but that means you are tethered to both your phone and a chunky battery. If it is just going to sit on a desk, then the solution should work for you. Just don't expect great sound out of built in speakers. You definitely DO NOT want to pull power from your phone. Its just a bad idea and a monitor that size will drain it pretty quick, if it even can be powered by your phone. If you want to work more on-the-go anywhere, I would go with the lapdock format. I use my monitor when I'm commuting on the train, but sometimes I wish for the lapdock instead. But at a desk, the monitor with bluetooth keyboard and mouse are just perfect.
protoarc has a great selection of bluetooth keyboards and mice. As far as portable screens, the top of the line are Asus ZenScreens. There are also lower priced alternatives. I use a protoarc foldable keyboard, microsoft mouse, and an asus ZenScreen MB16AMT which has usb-c and hdmi, built in battery, 10 point touch, and speakers.
During COVID, my work gave us a few hundred to improve our home office that we could keep even if we left the company. I got one of the Asus zenscreen things, like a laptop in a sense but is touch, micro HDMI, and USB c (dp). I use it on my Chromebook, regular laptop, and even my mobile devices. heck, I even played consoles on it! Only thing that somewhat annoys me is that it's only 1080p60 but I can't really complain since it was cheap as it was just over the max budget my work gave so I had to pay for what was over. If I had the same opportunity today, I would get a similar style (builtin battery/truly portable) but I would focus more on the resolution, even if I had to go with some random Amazon brand. Don't get me wrong, I do love that it's touch+name brand but I feel it would be better for me if it had a larger resolution. Though if cost is a non-issue to you, the zenscreens are really nice.
I use it all days every days for code!
I have a 15inch m4 macbook air and i use my old asus zenscreen 15inch. It's now my secondary monitor even at home and i keep my macbook docked. At coffees i have the screen over my laptop screen to take less space on a overly expansive stand lol ( FLEXSTA ). At work i have them side by side with my laptop on a roost stand. At home i have it rotated 90degree next to my studio display
I purchased one of the Asus Zenscreen 15” a year or so ago. Brilliant and came with a pouch and USB-C cable.
Asus ZenScreen 13 or 15, 13 is super light, 1 cable (powered by USBC) Quality isn’t great - not for gaming but prioritize which content you want on your laptop and which can be on the secondary.
+1 love my Zenscreen
they're a dime a dozen, but really I think any of those chinese 15.6" monitors work fine and dandy - I ended up getting two, a ARZOPA portable monitor and then an ASUS ZenScreen 15.6" I prefer the ARZOPA over the Asus. ARZOPA (or any of those crazy sounding companies) have usb-c and hdmi input, which is a plus. Other things I bought that I found kinda useful: \- Portable monitor stand: [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2YCT3V7?ref=fed\_asin\_title](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2YCT3V7?ref=fed_asin_title) \- Super portable laptop stand: [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B2WMTWTD?ref=fed\_asin\_title](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B2WMTWTD?ref=fed_asin_title) The ASUS I thought was gonna be handy with the threaded 1/4-20 on the back to mount with tripods and stuff, but it doesn't work since the thread mount is so shallow that the monitor just spins on most mounts/not deep enough to "lock in" unless you have the ability to shorten the thread length (like on a cold shoe mount or something).
I bought a cheap ASUS zenscreen 1080p for about $150, and it's worked great. Image quality isn't beautiful or anything but it's fine for coding. If you're in video or photo I wouldn't recommend. I also use my ipad pro sometimes, but probably will leave the ipad pro home on the next trip -- the ipad with a cover and keyboard are a lot of weight. I think the asus zenscreen is quite a bit lighter, and it's a much bigger screen than the ipad.
I got a zenscreen from asus. They have many sizes, plug and play 1 usb-C to usb-c cable.
Asus ZenScreen. I'm selling mine if you happen to be in New York (I went up to an 18"), although it's LED and 1080. No reason why you'd need 4k resolution on a 16".
I love mine, but recently I found out it won't play full HD content from one particular platform because it isn't HDCP compliant. A big blow. There is no HDMI, just a USB Micro B. Fine for YouTube, Netflix and Amazon but for this one platform - Stan (in Australia) - it just won't. I have an Asus ZenScreen but not a high-end one, and I got it long before Stan acquired the English Premier League (my sole reason for having the subscription!!). Perfect for everything else, just not this. So now I need to buy a new one with HDMI. I've gone for an ARZOPA A1. Arrives tomorrow. Just something to consider when checking the specs..
