"This thing self-empties AND cuts its own roller brush hair!!! ... I still can’t believe it empties itself and cuts the roller brush, which really cuts down on maintenance."
"the self emptying is great"

"Get one with smart mapping. ... That way you can set it to just one area if you need and it already knows where it’s been."
"It gets around all the dining chair legs in the dining room and breakfast nook."

"Eufy L60 and x10 pro are both awful at not tangling long human hair. ... I have to clean the main roller and side brush after about every use. ... Hair is always tangled in the side brush (which requires a screwdriver to fully clean) and the main roller."
"The Eufy blade that cuts the hair was completely useless for long, human hair on one of mine (eufy L60). ... It did equally as badly as my Eufy x8 Pro, but the blade seemed to make zero difference in the way the brush looked after a cycle."
"My S7 MaxV and Eufy L60 required me removing hair from the roller at least every few days."

"I currently own a Eufy L60 and quite frankly it’s lacking in it’s ability to pickup all the cat litter around the house that the cat’s drag with them. ... It does a decent job for the most part, but it never completely sucks up all the little pieces of litter, so bottom line it’s not functioning for the main purpose of keeping the house clean."

"the roller throwing error messages (LS60)"
Eufy has very good/excellent customer service. I bought 3 of their vacs and all had minor issues with either the roller throwing error messages (LS60), mapping errors (Omni C20), dripping dirty water tank (E25). In every case, they sent me replacement parts, replaced the unit and then refunded it when it kept having issues (returned it 5 months later), or sent updated parts without much hassle. So when they refunded my purchase of the C20, instead of switching to another brand and trying out a different robovac, I decided to try a newer model (E25). Performance is actually really good minus the dripping here and there, but at least they addressed it with a new part. So yeah, Eufy isn't perfect, but their customer service sure makes up for any shortcomings with their vacs.
Shoulda just got one. Wife & I got a Eufy L60 renewed with self emptying station and the Asurian 2 year warranty extra add on. First day and the “roller brush stuck” issue happened twice. I emailed Eufy already but I’m not concerned since I have Amazon return policy right now and the extra coverage for 2 years.
I bought a reasonably priced brand called Eufy about a year ago, and it does the self cleaning routine. Also has LIDAR to map the house, so it runs an efficient pattern and doesn't just randomly bounce off the walls. It was my first robo-vac, and I had no idea the technology had come so far. Freaking love that thing.
My old Eufy LiDAR vacuum does a great job cleaning hair off the floor. I think all modern Robot Vacuums do a great job cleaning up all hair from pets and humans.
Eufy with lidar works well. You can restrict areas after you’ve mapped the house/rooms, the only inconvenience is fitting the mop head on and filling up the water but that would be the same for every model
I've got a eufy with lidar and it's amazing. It helps with having 2 dogs especially.
We have a Eufy L60 (Was under $200) and it is a game changer. (It's the self emptying one). We originally had the first Roomba in 2003 and it was horrible. So bad that it ruined our perception of them. Then last year, we received the cheap Eufy robot as a gift and were shocked at how amazing it's been, so we upgraded to the self emptying one. It's on a timer and cleans the house every day at noon. Then we have to empty out the bag maybe twice per month. People who had a Eufy that switched to Roborock...is it that much better?
There are robotic vacs that cut the hair off the roller. I have a Eufy L60 and it's been doing a pretty damned good job. I still have to cut excess hair off the roller weekly (two long haired humans, two long hair cats and a long hair dog). Search for the features you need (auto hair cutting, auto empty, hard and carpet floors, wet and dry, whatever).
I currently own a Eufy L60 and quite frankly it’s lacking in it’s ability to pickup all the cat litter around the house that the cat’s drag with them. It does a decent job for the most part, but it never completely sucks up all the little pieces of litter, so bottom line it’s not functioning for the main purpose of keeping the house clean. Only vacuuming manually myself get’s rid of all the litter. I have a hard time finding people online mentioning the ability of models for picking up pine cat litter and was wondering if anyone owns a robot vacuum that does a good job at this. I’m prepared to spend more money than I did with the Eufy but would prefer not having to pay €1000+ for a top model. Could someone help me out here?
#winning. Randomly purchased a eufy l60! Whoop
