"I run it once a day, and mop a couple times a week. ... In fact, my wet/dry floor vacuum just died so its pulling even more work right now as it's the only real mop I now have, other than a Swiffer."
"My GOD am I glad I did. I had no idea how much I had been missing! ... We have 2 dogs and a cat, and live more rural. That means dirty paws folks, and a lot of them. The mopping and vacuuming has been no short of amazeballs. Not amazing. Amazeballs."
"The current champ of perfectly sparkling clean floors. ... Have 5 dogs tracking in dirt all day? Run this mop and go eat off the floor. That's how clean it is. ... Step aside spinny & vibration mops, this constantly clean roller mop is the champ. ... The mopping ability is light-years ahead of the Curv. ... The continously cleaning of fresh water is where is truly unique. ... You will be delighted and shocked on how amazing this E28 is. Its truly incomparable to any roborock. Get ready to start eating off your floors 😁😉"

"A good robovac is a life changer. Even a $350 basic S8. It is a great place to start. ... I promise you that you will not be disappointed by a basic S8. It will change your life even if it can't fit under every piece of furniture you own. ... My two S8s just finished vacuuming our entire house in about 46 minutes. ... While my floors were being cleaned, I sat comfortably on our patio in the cool shade with a slight breeze and composed my far too long response to you while sipping a diet soda and relaxing. ... I will have to spend about four minutes maintaining my two S8s. This will be my entire contribution to my home floor cleaning effort for today. Four minutes!"
"Like 500$ these robots are currently the steal of the century ... You can get a mova p10 pro ultra (cannot remove its mops), equivalent to the l40/x40 for 500$ after a discount code"
"For an open style earbud, these genuinely surprised me with their overall performance in sound at this price point. ... IMHO, these Soundpeats PearlClip Pro are probably the best I’ve heard in this under $50 price category when it comes to this style of earbuds. ... These are one of the best clip-on earbuds in this price category especially when it comes to price to performance in sound quality and feature set"

"It also doesn’t bump into stuff, slows down and turns around before running into anything. I am impressed. ... The navigation is night and day between this and J9+, no more bumping or getting lost. ... I think it’s better, it has the front facing camera which looks to be higher resolution, plus the LiDAR does make a huge difference to the speed of navigation, plus it doesn’t bump into furniture or doors anymore."
"The best feature of the L40/X40/p10 pro ultra is that they have class leading object avoidance so you don't have to pick up your cat's toys or prep your house every time you want to run the robot meaning you can run it on a daily schedule which will keep your house cleaner. ... I run my X40s daily and they never get stuck on cables, cat toys and other random junk that ends up on the floor."
"On top of that, you get a great app, excellent navigation and good obstacle avoidance. ... It also has a really fantastic navigation and obstacle avoidance system that is far superior to any vacuum only robovac that I have experience with."

"I absolutely do not regret buying the robot vacuum. ... My room is a lot cleaner and dust-free now, and I can tell just by wiping my floor with a wet toilet paper and seeing barely anything picked up. ... I've been getting allergens a ton less, most of which not even in my room. ... All this for the commitment of a weekly emptying is miles more convenient than vacuuming traditionally, as opposed to making a few taps on my phone. ... looking back it was definitely worth the investment."
"My cat has very bad mite allergies, and this vacuum is a must have for us for keeping the floors clean of all dust, dander, and dirt."
"The second floor of my house is all carpeted, and I used to clean with a Dyson V8, but since I got the E28, I haven't vacuumed myself."

"I have also had 0 hair wrap. Both my old Roomba and Shark id have to clean the rollers weekly."
"The Anti-Tangle brush is actually Anti-Tangle. All my previous vacuums would get hair tangled in a single run - I'd clean them at least once a week (neato way more) to get all the hair out. After 24 hours, I see 0 hair stuck. Not one. ... That being said I LOVE the anti-tangle brush. 3 Months and I haven't had to clean the brush one time. It's literally perfect for me."
"I haven’t had any issues with tangles on the rollers ... Honestly, I think it’s doing really well considering I have long hair and shed a lot. ... The split roller on the E28 really works."

"It's just very bad performance when it comes to vacuuming. ... This has been the same performance since day 1 with original brush also. ... It seems the suction is not as close to the floor as it should be. ... My budget eufy L60 can pick up this debris with no issue on deeper carpet. ... This is the most basic requirement of any vacuum."
"The bigger issue is that the paths are not as tight and overlapping. ... When I look at the cleaning paths with the MOVA On the tightest setting with the max number of passes (x3) It has nowhere near the coverage of the qrevos and the carpet is not clean. ... The Revos get really tight around legs while the MOVA barely tries to approach. ... Both my Qrevos are much quieter than the p10 ultra and actually leave the carpets looking clean."
"Hair Pickup on carpet is better than the S7 MaxV but still worse than the Neato D7. ... I confirmed this by running the S7 Max V first (with rubber brush), on my upstairs carpeted room - that I purposely haven't vacuumed in a week. S7 Max V barely got anything and had some wrapped around the edges - as it does. ... For me yes but I say that mostly because of the tangle free vacuuming of pet hair and the improved hair pickup on carpets. I was tired of cleaning out the old one and so far with this I have zero tangles. ... The S7 MaxV had the worst hair pickup on carpets, with the stock rubber brush, of all the bots I ever owned. Tangles were minimal but it didn't do well taking hair off the carpets (it did great on the hardwood/tile though). Swapping out the rubber to the bristle brush improved the pickup but increased the tangle problem - it also created a problem with auto-empty for me a few times. ... It mops/vacuums significantly better than my S7 MaxV. Especially on carpets (especially especially pulling dog hair off carpets). ... That being said I LOVE the anti-tangle brush. 3 Months and I haven't had to clean the brush one time. It's literally perfect for me."

"The Mova doesn't have auto-detachable mop pads. ... I personally have the P10 Pro Ultra and I wish I had just ponied up for the detachable mop pad on the dreame"
"one mopping pad wouldn't raise, so it dragged it on the floor while traveling or cleaning carpet."
"The first vacuum I had the mop wouldn't raise up when it should."

"It seems that there is NOT an official kit from Mova. Kinda weird considering the P10 has hookups for plumbing in"

"its loud. ... You can run it in the evening or if someone's on the phone / napping."
"it had a really annoying rattle while vacuuming."
"The second had a very annoying rattle like something was loose inside while vacuuming."
Yes, and the mova p10 pro ultra is basically the dreame L40 ultra So whichever you can buy cheaper, get that. (If you're in California, the L40 is on sale for $449 at any store until mothers day? Comes with a few accessories)
It was fine but I returned it for 2 reasons 1) not great in corners (as expected) 2) if I forgot to pick up a wire, this thing was gonna send me an alert while I was at work telling me " mop pad came off" The L40 was on sale this week so I upgraded.
Because you can buy Mova p10 pro ultra for $399 (when it goes on sale which it does every other month). Mova has better cameras, avoidance, hot water mopping, dries mops with hot air, better edge coverage.
THANK YOU!!!! As a devout Neato user, our Neato(s) stopped working well once the app support was removed earlier this month. After a week of rabbit hole research and going cross eyed reading reviews, watching videos, and comparing the 5 million different types and styles of robot vacuums, I finally said “screw it. I’m going with the Mova” because of the Black Friday deal on Amazon (which is still going - $399 for Cyber Monday). Not only did it seem to come highly recommended on this community, but I also wanted something that I could potentially try out and return if it performed below expectations. It also has a 3 year warranty through the company which is much better than the 1-year warranty I saw with other companies. We’ve had it less than a week and our whole household is obsessed. Before our P10 Pro Ultra, we had Neatos that just vacuumed, didn’t even self-empty. The app was user friendly enough and mapping abilities of those particular robots were fine for what we got after years of use. I have very long hair, we have a cat, a long haired German shepherd who sheds a ton, and my husband is in the dart frog world where he feeds fruit flies to his frogs multiple times a week. We needed something that would be able to take on the hair + fruit fly graveyards found around our home. After never having a self-emptying robot or a mopping robot and running this thing daily (sometimes more) for the 5 days we’ve had it, I can’t imagine going back. I also can’t imagine paying more than $400 for what we’ve got - it seems like many of the features of the more expensive robots aren’t worth the extra $50-$1000 for what you get… We live in a multi-level home, but only run our Mova on our main floor, which is primarily hard floors. We don’t need something that excels on carpet. We didn’t think we needed the mopping function but WOW. Our floors have never looked better! We considered buying the upgraded “tri cut” brush for the vacuum for all the hair we have, but the rubber brush has been fine for us thus far. The app is so much better than the Neato app we were using, and the robot’s mapping ability and floor plan in the app is mind blowing compared to what we were used to. Then you have the silly bonus of going to the live camera and being able to drive your robot around like a drone 😂 I considered Roborocks, Narwals, and Dreames, and I’m so glad we landed on this particular robot vacuum. If you’re considering a new robot vacuum and the Mova is on your list, DO IT!
I can't speak for BIFL but I've had great success with our Mova P10 pro ultra. We have hair tumbleweeds all over our house and it picks them right up. No clogging or tangling so far.
Yes I have a P10 Pro Ultra but the new one coming the p50 pro ultra is basically an x50 and you can pre order it for $859 i believe. Wish I had waited for that. Might still get it tho cos why not
I have had the P10 Pro Ultra since Christmas. It's been great. Love it so much and like you I did all the research, almost bought a roborock, actually bought a eufy x10 and then end up canceling it when I found out about Mova. Apparently it's a dreame sub brand. Go look on the dreame sub reddit, there's a side by side with the Dreame x40 and the Mova P10 Pro Ultra. https://www.reddit.com/r/Dreame_Tech/comments/1h3b4hg/any_input_on_the_mova_line_in_general_and_the/?rdt=53760
I literally just had this convo in a PM w someone from rtings. I do. I thought the L40 was a better robot than most Dreame models, and while I didn't find it worth the value at the original price, I do think its worth it on sale. The P10 doesn't have longevity, IMO, because I think they skimp on hardware to keep the costs down. That's my hot take, and I totally get that I'm an island (I also dislike Eufy, and people in this sub love them) but I use a different testing method than most other testers (I test in an actual home setting), and I stand by it. The thing is, in that band, the L40 is my last pick. I'd get either the J15 or 3i before I got the L40. In the end, the model you pick is likely going to be fine, regardless. you haven't tested 100 robovacs, so like a virgin on your wedding night, it's all probably gonna seem great. if you feel strongly about the P10, go for it.
the p10 is highly recommended on this sub and often goes on sale on amazon for about 450
Mova P10 Pro should be on the list.
Oh man, after checking enormous amounts of videos and reviews. I just ordered Mova P10 Pro. In fact I cancelled the Dreame L40 Ultra and went with Mova. I know it’s really confusing as it’s basically the same company and almost same specs. But for something reason, Mova has really good reviews on amazon and Youtube. Like this is highly recommended by Dad a Review and top 20 in Vaccum wars and many other youtube reviews.
Oh man…I bought the P10 Ultra Pro a month ago and after reading this I’m seriously considering a purchase and relegating the P10 Pro Ultra to upstairs as a mostly carpet cleaning robot. Thanks for the review and your contributions to the community!!
I've only had this a day but really impressed with it. Its half the price of my Roborock S7 Ultra and its got better vacuuming and mopping. The design of the dock is better as it makes maintenance a lot easier with the removable section. I don't have pets but house is 50/50 carpet/tile and no issues with vacuuming or mopping or navigation so far. It did once think the grout between the tile was a wire or cable and try to avoid it.
Get the #5, I got the mova p10 pro ultra. It's amazing. Really impressed compared to my roborock s7 ultra. Also much cheaper
