I have the Dreame Mova s10 plus and it allows for at least 2 floors I map floor 1 then switch to multi map mode and then map floor 2 (floor without the station) it returns to the starting position (once finished mapping), then you can take it back to floor 1 and switch the map back to floor 1 and send it home. 1 base station 2 floors. \*typo edits

We got a mova s10. Was our first and wanted something cheaper. It does good. Whatever you do make sure it has mapping like LiDAR.

I consider myself a big fan of Robot Vacuums. I bought the Mova P10 Pro Ultra earlier this year and was so amazed with the features you get for the price. I was so impressed with the P10 Pro Ultra on my main floor that I almost immediately bought the Mova S10 Plus for my carpeted basement. Since then, I've been on a bit of a vacuum review adventure. I've had the chance to test and review robot vacuums from a few different companies. Mova was nice enough to send me the Z60 so I could compare it to my Eufy E28 as well as the Dreame X50 or the Mova V50. The idea of this initial review is to point out the pros and cons of the Z60 without getting so stuck on every little feature. I really like my Dreame X50 and my Mova V50, but I personally feel there is a case for getting the Mova Z60 if you are still using the last generation of robot vacuums from a year ago. I have 4 kids, 2 dogs, my wife’s hair salon, and a decent sized home, so I think I have a pretty good testing environment. Obviously, the biggest feature upgrade to the Mova Z60 over either the Dreame X50 or the Mova V50, is the switch to a roller mop rather than the spinning mop rollers. I have been a spinning mop pad purist in the past. When I got my Eufy E28 I was so eager to switch to a roller mop under the promise that we finally had a way to pick up messes, rather than just spinning them. With the Eufy E28 I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I’d be. It had a tendency to drip water from its onboard dirty water tank (they’ve addressed this by sending me a new upgraded tank). Also, because the Mop Roller couldn’t be detached like some of the spinning mop pad robots, it would end up dragging its dirty mop roller over the rugs and carpets in my home. Obviously, the mop roller was stationary which means there were gaps between the wall and the mop surface. It felt like using the restroom and only cleaning your palms and not your fingers, you need to clean the whole floor. My excitement for a mop roller quickly diminished. Fortunately, I feel like Mova took the feedback and addressed it with the new Mova Z60. It still has a gap between the wall and the roller mop, but it is able to extend as close as it can to baseboards. In addition, it has an ingenious AutoShield that covers the mop roller when it detects carpet or rugs in addition to lifting it off the carpet. The little cover slides right over the mop roller to keep everything dry. That feature alone made me excited to use a mop roller again. Another thing I noticed, the mop roller on the Z60 is nice and long (10 inches). I know the newer Ecovacs robot vacuums have OSMO Rollers that can also extend the side, but they are noticeably shorter and the Ecovacs take longer to cover the whole floor. As the Z60 mops, it is spraying clean water through 12 jets and simultaneously removing dirty water from the other side with a scraper bar. Somehow the scraper bar also keeps the fibers of the mop roller from getting matted down. When I lifted the vacuum up during a cleaning job, the brush was still in really good shape. While I never felt like the spinning mop pads did a bad job on my floors, pouring out the dirty water tank on the Z60 has me reconsidering my opinion. I feel like it is more efficient at truly getting dirt and messes off your floor. Since the robot is always putting clean water on the mop roller and then scraping off the dirty water on the other side, it seems like a more efficient way to clean. I could specifically see the red sports drink it has mopped up, and stored onboard, when I poured out the dirty water. I thought my floors were clean before but now I’m a lot more confident. Another initial observation, the Mova Z60 is pretty agile at getting around my house. My original Mova P10 Pro Ultra was 4.1” tall (10.5 cm), but the Mova Z60, when it lowers its Lidar Tower, is only 3.78” tall (9.6 cm). While this height difference doesn’t seem like a lot, I’ve found out that a lot of couches are about 4” off the ground, so 3.78” makes a difference. I haven’t really noticed any navigation issues when the Lidar tower is retracted, so I consider this a benefit of the vacuum. On the flip side, the Mova Z60 has the ability to lift itself up so it can cross over thresholds. When it reaches a small threshold, little legs extend out and it can lift itself over. This means it can both go under low furniture, and go over small thresholds. I’m not sure if there are many companies outside of Mova and Dreame that are doing this. In addition, so far the Mova Z60 has great navigation and obstacle avoidance. This means is, this generation of vacuums are much more capable of cleaning every type of house without being babysat. The biggest disappointment is when you had thought your vacuum was out cleaning your home and you find it next to your nightstand eating your charging cord. So far I haven’t had any real problems. The Z60 heads out every night to mop the long entryway to our house, and we had a huge group of kids over at the house that all left their shoes by the front door. I was extremely impressed to see the Z60 pick its way through the maze of shoes and clean where it could. It could have easily sucked up a shoelace, but the onboard Binocular AI was unmatched at avoiding the laces. It has done equally as well avoiding charging cords and all those other obstacles that would have plagued robot vacuums from just a year ago. The Mova Z60 also has some fun features like its ability to identify high traffic pet zones so you can instruct it to go back and give them a more thorough clean. The Z60 has really strong suction and the “TroboWave” dual roller brush system (I keep wanting to call it “TurboWave”). This means it has no issues picking up loose dog food around my dog's dishes. Like the Mova V50, the Z60 also has the DuoSolution for addressing pet messes. The vacuum can be customized how often to use the second solution in the menu. You can even send the Z60 on a mission to find your pets if you want to check on them. It’ll go room to room until it finds your pet and you can view them and talk to them right through the robot. To my youngest daughter, this is really just an updated game of hide and seek, but for many pet owners this could bring some real peace of mind when you are gone. What “cons” do I see with the Mova Z60, and what would I like to see them continue to improve? I wish there was a way to tell the Z60 to specifically use the Pet Solution tank. While you can choose between “Balanced” and “High Frequency,” there is no way to tell the vacuum to use the pet solution on a specified run. I’m sure this is something they could update in the settings, but for now there is no good way to address that. Probably the biggest change I noticed between the Mova V50 and the Mova Z60, is the dust bin. Because the Z60 has all new water tanks and internal gears to spin the roller and extend it out to the side, the dust bin is small. I haven’t timed my V50 against the Z60 on carpets specifically, but I imagine the V50 will win that race since it can hold more before returning to empty the onboard dust bin. Because I do almost all my cleaning when people are out of the house, it doesn’t really affect me, but for some people they may have to consider it. I highly doubt there is any real way around this issue since the vacuum needs space for the additional water tank, but it’s definitely smaller. I guess I’d also like to see the obstacle identification categories expanded. Some obstacles are not as risky to your vacuum as others. Shoe laces, charging cords, and socks can be fatal to your cleaning job, but in testing the mopping I had a few times it would identify a spill or a mess and try to avoid it rather than recognize it could be cleaned up. This is probably my own fault, not many people will intentionally leave spaghetti or whipped cream on the floor just to see how their robot vacuum reacts to it. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with the Mova Z60 and I think it’s going to do well in a lot of homes this year. If you are looking for dreame quality but more budget friendly mova is really good. It's their sister company. I have a mova s10 and I love it. Get way better features than most vacs in the price range without worrying that I just bought a cheap piece of crap that will break down in no time.

I researched a lot and finally bought one last week. I got the Mova. Apparently They are just rebranded versions of Dreame which are pretty good. Come with a 3 year warranty.

I have been getting a lot of these robot vacuum/mopping things in my RFY. So far Ive ordered like 6 of them, different brands. I found that the Mova 10 ($1,099 when I ordered, now $699) does a way better job than my Roomba 10 Combo Max, which I paid $1,500 for. In fact, the new Roomba model coming out it’s the same design and style as the less know Mova, but in black instead of white, and at a premium of $1000….pretty shitty of them. Most recent one I ordered from Vine comes with a detachable top part that can be used to groom your pets; I have a separate similar device and it rocks, so having it integrated is amazing!

I’ve ordered like 6 or 7 of those things, pretty interesting to compare against my newest Roomba Combo 10 Max (paid $1,399 for it). And surprise, almost every single one I have received from Vine from third party brands do a way better job without so many issues as the Roomba, minus some very basic apps. The best one I have snatch and will swear by it is the Mova 10; excellent vacuum/mop combo, amazing app and way better options/features than Roomba. In fact, iRobot seems to have bought their design as the newest released Roomba is a Mova 10 in black. Check them out!

There's no way the Flow or Aqua leaves more water on the floor than an actual mop. The track-style mop pad or roller just doesn't hold as much water as a regular kitchen mop and their onboard water tanks are relatively small. The point of LVP is it's durable and waterproof. If you had actual hardwood, I would understand the concern but not LVP. If your LVP was installed correctly, you shouldn't have an issue.

its a total gamble. had a no-name brand beformy mova vacuum and it was a disaster. spending a bit more on a known brand is 100% worth it for the brainy features. excited to see what they have on sale for black friday.
