"Amazon has the Qrevo Master for $799 ($1599) right now. This is the best deal you're gonna get. ... It has almost all the things the 10r does and it's half the price!"
"My personal choice is the Qrevo Master. Our Saros 10R was a very fancy, very expensive mistake. A Qrevo Master, which costs almost half as much as the Saros 10R would have served my needs much better!"
"You will not be disappointed with a Qrevo Master! ... I think it is the most ideal model in the entire Roborock lineup right now at any budget. ... I have not yet found any robovac from any manufacturer that can beat it yet, and I work on a lot of robovacs as a second job! ... I only feel comfortable recommending two models by any manufacturer right now. These are the Roborock S8 as a basic, charging dock only model, and the Roborock Qrevo Master for a fancier model."

"the q revo series with the spinning mops and auto docks have been amazing for me."
"It uses the rear spinning mops that its dock can clean and dry well without much maintenance, and it has a nicely automated dock. ... My favorite option is spinning mops, because the dock mechanism is simple and effective. About once per month, the mopping tray needs to be removed and separated into its three parts. These parts need to be rinsed in the sink and reinstalled. This process is quick and easy."
"I do prefer the mopping system on the Qrevo Master. It is much easier for the dock to clean and dry than the S8 system because it is mechanically more simple."

"It has excellent vacuuming and mopping ability ... It vacuums very, very well! ... It has dual rear spinning mops that mop well and are easy for a dock to clean and dry."

"I've had the s8 pro ultra with the single mop pad and now have the saros 10r with the rotating dual mop pads. The dual mop pads are superior imo. ... You get ... the dual rotating mop pads"

"The pockets of fur from my chihuahua is gone."
"It vacuums like a beast ... you will have to spend about two minutes per week removing the rollers, pulling off the hair that gets wound around them and then putting it back together. Two minutes - that's it!"
"It is saving my sanity and hardwood floors. ... Otherwise the robot runs at least once a day to deal with fur and grit. ... I have a pretty active lifestyle with lots of dirt trail walks in a climate that has quite a bit of rain (I also have a messy kid). Pre-run the floors will feel gritty under foot. Post-run you can run a damp hand on the floor and not pick anything up."

"The design of the dust bin is, simply put, bad. ... The dust bin volume can't be fully utilized by the robot, and dust and hair will start spilling out when the bin is at 60-70% full. ... This is because of the position of the air filter which is quite awkward. ... cleanup of large areas that get very dirty (dog owners especially), need to have their robot empty the dustbin every 25-35m² (270-380sqft), even with everyday cleaning schedules. ... The robot has a (I think) 220ml dust bin, but it will start overflowing into the brush compartment way before it fills this space. ... If you examine the contents of the dustbin when it starts overflowing, you will see a space of around 60ml being completely empty, and the robot seems to be unable to utilize it, due to the design of the airflow in the dustbin. ... This makes the QRevo Master dustbin's actual effective capacity quite underwhelming ... I guess this problem particularly affects users with a lot of fur in their houses. ... Fur sticks together quite well, and won't spread out in the bin on its own. It's also light enough to immediately start building up next to the filter. ... Being a pet owner is I think the number one reason to buy a robot vacuum, which should mean that the designers should really start thinking about how to solve this issues. ... Their lab tests probably involve rice, sand, and long human hair, but not the menacing dog hair that we predominantly find in our dustbins."
"And this even has a flawed design and cannot fill properly."
"The revo mops plus DualRoller make the body so cramped that only a very tiny dustbin remains."

"it will eat cords like there is no tomorrow."
"object avoidance sucks and is no better than a 200€ model ... I would never again spend so much on a robot"
"Qrevo Master's obstacle avoidance is absolute trash. It may as well not exist at all. ... Even if it detects something, it will still push it around because it has no clue where the obstacle exactly is. ... Having to get all the cords, objects off the ground is no different to what I was doing when I was using 1st gen xiaomi robot vac."

"The hair tangles very easily in the brushes' bearings and sockets ... the bearings are very quick to become full of stuck hair."
"Lastly, the S8 vacuuming module, like on the Qrevo Master, will require you to pick up and flip over the robot on its back. Then you have to remove the rollers and pull of their ends. This will allow you to remove the wound up hair from around the ends. This takes two minutes. ... two minutes of maintenance will be required a couple of times a week if you run it through your whole home three times a week."
"The only drawback is that about once per week, I have to remove the rollers, pull of their ends and remove the wound up hair that collects around them. This is a two minute effort. It is the cost of excellent vacuuming ability. No auto detangling rollers currently made perform as well."

This is the one I have too. Its great. Carry it upstairs too.
I recently got the QRevo Master but only because I got it from Costco so could return it if it did a crap job. So far its doing pretty well. Mopping probably better than I thought it would be (although it's our first vac / mop combo). Carpets don't seem any cleaner than with our other robot vacuum but it was old and confused so its actually doing its job unlike our old one.
no. I didn't like it much, even beyond the wheel issue. But also, I don't think they've resolved the wheel issue:) Do you NEED a new robot?
Q revo. Which.... give the stats table might not make sense, but its the most reliable of the three, which i've tested.
We bought a Roborock Qrevo Master about 18mo ago, and it was terribly disappointing. It does a decent job with pathfinding, and hardwood floors.. and is actually pretty good at vacuuming our rugs too, but only away from the edge. It's very prone to getting caught on rug edges, much worse than our non-robot vacuums. And it's unable to transition between rug and floor without getting the rug caught in the roller or getting stuck halfway on/off to the rug for our thicker ones (not shag, just thicker weave). We have a rug in every room, which means it's basically stuck in the room with the base, because it cannot get past any rug boundary to get to another room. I had high hopes, and maybe newer units and models are better at rug/floor transitions. But it would have to be at least an order of magnitude better to be worth considering another robovac for our house. We're not getting rid of our rugs, and if it cannot clean a few rooms on the same floor, it's basically useless for our house. Ymmv
Roborock. I love mine! Qrevo master is the version I got
Good point. We really only have 2 rugs they tend to have accidents on, and they are both dark Persian rugs so it's hard to really notice small pieces of poop. We decided to get the carpets cleaned and then put light colored sheets on them for a while so we can more easily distinguish poop pieces. So that should help there. We watch them carefully just about anytime they are free in the house but still I concentrate on other tasks like dishes or work or whatever and so I don't literally have my eyes glued to them. Even tho it feels like they never leave our line of sight, I guess it really only takes 10 seconds to plant a bomb. They are always crated or in the backyard if we are not home! I think the problem with today's accident is that one of them must have done the deed before bed last night while we were picking up dinner, somehow without either of us seeing it. the vacuum is scheduled every morning at 8 and we weren't out of bed yet. Either that or one of them did it in the middle of the night, but this is less likely to me because the dog who has more accidents can't jump back on our bed by himself and he was in bed with us this morning. Long story short - we are new to doggies and still trying to figure it out. I ended up buying the qrevo master on Amazon and I have prime so should be able to return for 30 days. Based on the other specs, I think it has the potential to be stronger than the shark powerdetect never touch. But if it performs the worse than this one, then I may just return and re buy the shark that I would otherwise be happy with - with the new concept of checking for poops and having sheets on their favorite spots. It does feel like a major flaw that these robo vacuums are a huge benefit to pet owners but have this one major downside of getting horribly messed up with pet poops or vomit. Surely something will be done about this at some point - whether via detection/avoidance or building in an easy way to deep clean in the case of accident, or cheaper product/parts replacements if and when it happens. Or maybe an auto stop if it detects something mushy in the vacuum. It's just insane how many people's stuff and expensive vacuums have been ruined this way! Like i said, my case is relatively minor in comparison.
We have a Roborock qrevo master. Depending on your price range most of the qrevo series are quite good and mid price.
Same here. We had a wobbly Roborock s5 and a switchbot k10+. Both if those dragged a wipe around and was more hassle then its worth. We upgraded to a Qrevo master and the difference of our hardwood floor and tiles are night and day.
I'm on my second Roborock (Qrevo Master) and it's been great. Feels like I'm living in the future.
I have Roborock QRevo Master and I feel like it's solved the mapping issue for my apartment.
I currently own the Roborock Qrevo Master and am considering replacing it with the Mova P50 Pro Ultra since it’s so cheap right now. It seems Mova has resolved the wheel issue and are shipping new units with updated wheels. Am I better off with the Qrevo Master or is it worth trying the P50 Pro Ultra?
Agreed. Qrevo Master's obstacle avoidance is absolute trash. It may as well not exist at all. I had Narwal Freo Z Ultra before this and I kind of regret returning that and getting this. The only thing I hated about the Narwal was not having an onboard water tank and not having extending floor sweeping arm, but obstacle avoidance on it was top notch. Never got stuck on anything. Qrevo is so dumb in comparison. Even if it detects something, it will still push it around because it has no clue where the obstacle exactly is. Having to get all the cords, objects off the ground is no different to what I was doing when I was using 1st gen xiaomi robot vac. I ran the vacuum this morning after I left and made sure to clean up everything from the floor but somehow this damn thing got something stuck in its main brush. Seriously frustrated with this product.
