Tangles were minimal but it didn't do well taking hair off the carpets (it did great on the hardwood/tile though). Swapping out the rubber to the bristle brush improved the pickup but increased the tangle problem - it also created a problem with auto-empty for me a few times. ... It mops/vacuums significantly better than my S7 MaxV. Especially on carpets (especially especially pulling dog hair off carpets). ... That being said I LOVE the anti-tangle brush. 3 Months and I haven't had to clean the brush one time. It's literally perfect for me."

jacbolt 1.0I have 4 SHARK (model series 25??+ and 2650) I am impressed with their performance they are rebuilt units for under $200.00 and have been in service for several years. I would have prefered separate mop and vacuum units, however I did not want that many robots in my house I have 2 homes.

Bromata 0.4I returned my shark matrix 2 in 1, I returned my ecovacs t20. Both out of the box would not return to the station. The shark cleaned ok and had a terrible map. The t20 cleaned great and had a good map, but the app froze every single time. The eufy x10 Omni cleans great and works.
engineeringnerd2 0.4Shark Matrix 2 in 1 is a budget friendly option. We refill the tank every day and replace the mop pad (machine washable), so only takes a couple of minutes of maintenance a day. And it maps the house so you can tell it to only clean certain rooms if you want and has an app/scheduling

KotaCakes630 0.4I just got the narwhal Freo pro. I upgraded from the horrendous shark matrix 2-1. It is amazing. The only down side is that I have to buy cleaning tablets for it and dust bags. And unfortunately no off brand company makes the dust bags for this model. So I buy the dust bags for ultra. It fits all the same :). It’s also on sale on Amazon for 460$, originally 700$

It’s okay, I didn’t get the self emptying one so I have to empty it daily with 2 high shedding dogs, the water reservoir has to be refilled almost daily as well and I only have it going in 3 rooms. I will say I’ve had it almost 15 months now and it ignores my no go zones, sometimes starts at random times and I haven’t found a way to update its software. I’ll definitely get something different next time, but I did enjoy it while it functioned properly.

Gets all the fur and mops too. I caught a sale got it for $200 . It navigates under my 8 seat dining table beautifully. I don't have carpet have tile and wood and it's great. It does a good job with my rugs too but I do.tuck the tassells under for the one rug with tassels.

Some people do say it’s loud, but we have 5 cats, 4 dogs, and 3 kids, so noise isn’t even really noticeable. This thing has our floors looking better than ever, and it has cut our daily cleaning and Sunday chores down drastically. It looks like I deep clean the house every day. Highly recommend it.
casteezyboy 0.2I got the shark matrix with the self empty base without the mop. Works great and no issues with the app so far, I also like that It has Google home integration. I paid $200 at Costco, not sure I would pay much more than that. I would look into the refurbished ones I think they get down to like $150
