To be honest, I tried Sonos and the soundstage was way better in Bose. AdaptIQ configuration takes the sound experience to a different level!

Breakingdaftpunkbad 1.0Bose soundbar 900 with my LG B4. Sound quality is great, but I frequently experience random audio dropouts. Unsure if it’s my soundbar or that I am running pass through all through my Xbox which is pretty notorious for having difficulties with full Dolby Atmos audio pass through Overall I’m at an 8 out of 10. Would be a 10 out of 10 but the audio dropping is super frustrating, especially since these devices are so expensive. I wish it would always just work!

DastardlyDan248 1.0Bose sells their top line refurbished 900 or IQ soundbars under that price point. Comes like new, 90 day no questions return policy, and full warranty. The bose can further run any external subwoofer, so you can get the bar and an external sub for under $700. Auto tunes to the room (including the sub) and sounds great on all content including music…no need to fiddle with different modes as content changes. Absolutely blows away the Samsung Q990, but is more expensive than $700 if you want to add the rears. I’ll upgrade to the rears at some point, but it sounds amazing with room filling effects even without them.

I have Bose 900 with surround and sub. Ridiculously good for movies and gaming. Got sub and surround refurbished under 500 and bar for 800.

incremantalg 1.0That sucks that it doesn’t work well w the Hisense. I have a 900 and 600, both connected to Sony TVs and they’ve been pretty much plug and play since day one.
If full surround is your goal, I'd recommend the Samsung over the Bose. I have the Bose soundbar 900 (the Ultra without AI dialogue) with bass module 700 and returned the surround 700s because they sound anemic. Because they don't have upward drivers, the soundstage at the rear of the room becomes linear compared with the bar's high and wide soundstage. The Bose surrounds are 10 years old and repurposed from Bose's discontinued 5.1 lifestyle 650 system.
I own both and a lot depends on room size. The 900 has a wider sound stage and maybe a little more detail. For a small room, you might not hear the benefit of the 900s soundstage because the 600 does a great job filling smaller spaces.
For a room that size, I'd go with the 900 due to the wider soundstage. Our TV room is a little smaller than yours and the 600 doesn't sound as big and wide in there as the 900. We use the 600 for our bedroom which is a smaller room.
