"A good robovac is a life changer. Even a $350 basic S8. It is a great place to start. ... I promise you that you will not be disappointed by a basic S8. It will change your life even if it can't fit under every piece of furniture you own. ... My two S8s just finished vacuuming our entire house in about 46 minutes. ... While my floors were being cleaned, I sat comfortably on our patio in the cool shade with a slight breeze and composed my far too long response to you while sipping a diet soda and relaxing. ... I will have to spend about four minutes maintaining my two S8s. This will be my entire contribution to my home floor cleaning effort for today. Four minutes!"

"Like 500$ these robots are currently the steal of the century ... You can get a mova p10 pro ultra (cannot remove its mops), equivalent to the l40/x40 for 500$ after a discount code"

"I got the Q5 Pro for $139. ... costs $450 less than what I paid for the S6 ... it is the best value option out there imo."

"Noble fokus rex5 best sounding change my mind. ... Five drivers per ear bud game changing for sure ... Yes, you're so right. They are by far number one. ... There may be a few airbuds that get better battery a little bit, better ANC but right now my two cents worth, there's nothing on a planet that sounds better than these. ... I have all the heavy hitters. The techniques 80/100 Sony 4 and 5 sennheisers 3 and 4 and the Devialet gemini II. ... Ronontech on YouTube did a review on the Aviot a few days ago. I belive he liked the Nobels better. ... Also on YouTube, check out Flossie Carter review on the Nobles, he went absolutely nuts. Best sounding wireless earbuds he has ever heard."

"As for gaming I'd probably rank them 1. A50 ... As for music I'd rank them 1. A50 ... And for movies I would rank them 1. A50."

"these fifth generation A50s sound better than anything I’ve ever used. ... New DAC, new Graphene drivers, really nice sounding."

"the dragon 12s are closer to REL 8/12 subs. ... No soundbar has anything close to this sub available. ... The 12s alone make this system untouchable by any other home theater in a box. No comparison!! ... Couple the 12”subs into the experience, you’re not getting that experience short of Svs sub territory. ... It’s a house shaking, chest thumping experience that is not able to be reproduced by any other soundbar or home theater in a box. ... Adding the two 12s to the 8s really has taken the system to the next level. ... The house literally shakes now with honest chest thumping levels. ... BTW, the 12s are RELs! ... The 90 lbs behemoths in the room! ... The chuffing from the 8s many reviewers have noted is gone when used with the 12s."

"nothing trust me nothing will literally hit u that hard not even Canelo Alvarez"

"IER not having absolutely incredible bass is objectively BS. ... The bass reading on the IER is so off what you'll actually hear if you have them inserted properly, it's absolutely ridiculous. ... I have Fatfreq Maestro SE CIEM'D which are their heaviest hitting premium model - CIEM-ing it only make the bass hit much harder, and it's still not quite as heavy as the IER."

"The soundstage is impressively wide, I've had times it felt there were speakers beyond the bar (not behind but to the sides, & keep in mind I'm not using Atmos at all, just basic optical port)."

"Q symphony is amazing. ... With the first two bars, you could clearly tell the sound was coming from below the TV… q symphony fixes that completely."

"And if I'm honest I think this bar has an incredible soundstage. ... I was watching something the other day and something was happening to the left off screen & it was madly impressive how much I actually thought there seemed to be a whole separate speaker actually making the sound instead of the bar."

"So awesome that it's backwards compatible like that and not just forced to use same model wireless subs and Rears. ... But since I already have a decent wired Polk 10" sub, that'll do just fine until then. ... When it gets here, I'm curious to see if any of my existing wired surrounds may also work with it, in the mean time. ... The fact that other speakers can connect with it, subs & even surrounds! Nice!"

"be sure to get the klipsch connect plus app to get more controls by the way. It depends on your room of course, but for my room I like the sub volume (not bass, sub volume adjust in the app) just a nudge higher at +1, bass + 2 for most music, and in movie mode the majority of the time. ... Changing the treble settings and maybe the mids a bit should help get you the crisp sound you’re looking for too since by default it’s a pretty warm signature."

"App controls work very well."

"the dialogue is way too quiet."

"dialogue was way too low, especially when listening to media in Dolby (5.1 or Atmos). ... Setting Dialogue Mode to high barely helped, and it came with the unfortunate side effect of messing with other sounds, like trumpets on an orchestral piece. ... The only way to control this huge discrepancy in dynamic range was to tell my TV to output in PCM, but even then it wasn't enough. ... most of the listening in the living room TV is kids shows/movies on Disney+ (and similar). ... I do think that if my living room was bigger, the big sound would have space to go and would not make the dynamic range sound as extreme as it does."

"I did end up adding the sub though."

"I sense the crossover is a little high to make the bass sound good even without the sub, but I do wish we had more control over that setting."

"I'm a big bass fan, so I'm going to add wired subwoofers beside the rear sofa to feel more bass."

Klipsch Core 200 and put it in front of the stand on the TV

I thought the same with mine, but it actually sits just below the screen and doesn’t interfere with the screen or remote.

I’m pretty happy with my Klipsch Flexus Core 200. I’m not running a sub or rears. And for the cost, hard to beat.

I purchased the Klipsch Flexus Core Soundbar 200, pair of Subwoofers 100, and surround 100. The sound is amazing once you've ever paired to Soundbar 200, which took some time to get, but I'm a big bass fan, so I'm going to add wired subwoofers beside the rear sofa to feel more bass.

I have Samsung q70r (2020) and Klipsch flexus core 200. For me (not expert at all), the sound is acceptable in both Soundbars.

Ignore looks, prioritize audio Quality. Most people recommend here would Samsung Q990D. I personally own an older model from Samsung and a new Klipsch Flexus Core. I like the sound of the Samsung better than the Klipsch. Bose, LG and JBL are recognized brands, but I haven't seen many people recommend them.

Extensive experience: Q70r (2021) + 9200s (surround). Less than 1 week (as of today) Klipsch Flexus core 200 (soundbar only, nsurround, no subwoofer) So far both show crystal-clear dialogues. I've noticed that the wrong settings (not using 5.1 or Dolby Atmos) mix channels resulting in poor audio not only for dialogue, but for other elements of sound. My two cents.

Regarding Klipsch Core 200... - No WiFi nor Ethernet. - Single HDMI port. - No support for DTS. This may o may not be an issue depending on your setup. I own a Core 200 + Surr 100 + 2x Sub 100 system. I can confirm it sounds really good.

r/SoundbarsAnyone have experience with the Klipsch Flexus Core 210 that has the 10” sub included? Adorama has it for $429 new, couldn’t resist.

I have the Core 200+Surr 100+ 2xSub100. I think it's great. Here's a few things you must know: - WiFi interference may create crackling noises in the Subs. This is solved by using a wired connection or placing your Sub away from your router. - No WiFi nor Ethernet connectivity. - No support for DTS. If none of this is an issue for you, then congratulations, you have a great system that sounds great 👍🏽👍🏽

This is only necessary if you hear some weird noises at specific frequencies. I recommend that you test it first in case you need to buy a cable. In most cases, just relocating the Sub (or the router) will suffice. Edit: my Sub is sitting less than 1/2 meter away from my router. Thus, I had to use a cable. However, the same Sub didn't show any issues when placed 2+ meters away from the router.

Klipsch Flexus Core 200 is the easy choice at that price range. For dialog clarity, get an Appletv4K and turn on the enhanced dialog feature. It works way better than any dialing enhancing feature on a soundbar itself.

r/SoundbarsNeed help about choosing soundbar - Sony HT-S2000
12 months ago

I know your post is 2 months old, but just to add... I do have the S2000, and if your goal is to have better sound, then the S2000 will deliver. It's pretty versatile. I did have the Klipsch Flexus Core 200 (referenced in a separate comment here), but it was too much gun for my situation (or at least, that's my theory). Explosions and orchestral soundtracks sounded amazing, but dialogue was way too low, especially when listening to media in Dolby (5.1 or Atmos). Setting Dialogue Mode to high barely helped, and it came with the unfortunate side effect of messing with other sounds, like trumpets on an orchestral piece. The only way to control this huge discrepancy in dynamic range was to tell my TV to output in PCM, but even then it wasn't enough. I guess if you are trying to have a home theater experience all the time, that's fine, but most of the listening in the living room TV is kids shows/movies on Disney+ (and similar). The Klipsch app was also horrendously slow. The Core 200 does aim for a cinematic experience, and in that regard, it excels. It's also great that you can add any self-powered sub you want. And the addition of upward facing speakers does create immersion. I do think that if my living room was bigger, the big sound would have space to go and would not make the dynamic range sound as extreme as it does. Dialogue has not been an issue with the S2000. I have "voice mode" to off, and have no issues hearing dialogue. There are also options in the Bravia Connect App that allow you to compress the range even further in order to make volume differences less dramatic. This is good when watching TV when the kids are asleep or when you just want to watch TV casually. The sound is not as cinematic as with the Klipsch, and you can't connect your any sub you want (as with the Klipsch). You do get immersion despite the lack of upward firing speakers, but the immersion sounds "processed." You also need to set the bass to "Max", though, as I found that anything below "Max" is too anemic. Once it's dialed in, though, explosions and the like will sound very good. I can't imagine how you can be unhappy with this, especially if you get it at a discount.

What size is your TV? If you can save up some more the $400 Klipsch Flexus Core 200 is great. Two 4” woofers with good bass. Left, right, center with Tweeter for dialogue clarity. It also has two up firing atmos, that if you have low ceilings like me is so fun to use the sound test with b/c you do look up and right/left. It fits well under my 55” but if I had a 65/77” I’d want something with wide left / wide right. To better affect stereo across the screen.

Klipsch Flexus core 200. Has two 4” woofers so great bass without a sub. Love mine. Great for music and TV. I’ve expanded it to a speed woofer and Klipsch 100 rears. Had the sound bars for 6 months and loved it, then I added surround and sub and I can’t believe I was happy before.

The Klipsch 200 or Samsung HW-S60D are your best options in your price range. The Klipsch will run you about $350 (on sale) and the Samsung $280. Klipsch is a 3.1.2 system, Samsung is a 5.0 system. If you need one a little less expensive, I'd go with 1. Sonos Ray 2. Samsung HW-S50B 3. Bose TV Speaker 4. Denon DHT-C210 5. Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus. Those five are $250 and below. BONUS!: Yamaha SR-B30A is another very solid option at the same price as the Samsung S60D
